Used to love coming here back in the day because it was right near the Dairy Bell factory, which I've always loved going right back to when it was near me in Hoppers. Come to find out a bloke we did a bit of work for back in the day brought it and moved it to his premises, ah I miss that place

5 stars. This lady who was working today/& tonight is always so friendly, nice and welcoming. Good customer service. She mentioned to me that there was a deal on a product I was buying and informed me that if I buy two it comes out cheaper. Thank you for bringing it up to me as I hadn't noticed. Great service.

Today was the second time they've tried to cheat me into paying the wrong price for an item. The first time they tried to put through the expense as about $50 more than the $4 item cost. When I'd already paid and looked at my receipt I mentioned it and they were willing to reverse charges.

Today I purchased two items and they scanned the more expensive item twice.

Be VERY careful before paying these sneaky types.

Try to avoid shopping here if you can, everything is about 25% more expensive than any other supermarket. I would usually not mind supporting small local stores if the customer service is good, but that is not the case at this store - customer service is horrible.

Good little IGI, had everything I needed, the liquor section was very good also, helpful staff, good experience

I'm a local and used to often shop here. However I will NEVER shop here again. The last time I went in was for a particular brand of milk however they didn't have it. I came back to my car and found I had been booked, they had called the local council to fine me! I always park here and this time parked in a staff parking spot for a matter of a few minutes. CANNOT BELIEVE THEY DO THIS TO THEIR OWN CUSTOMERS! I called the council to find out exactly what I had done wrong and was advised that IGA had called them to book me. It was a matter of 10 minutes! I went in to speak to the manager, who refused to speak with me. No point stopping by for the necessities if it costs me $150! Woolworths in carnegie now.

They are way overpriced. Sorry to say that fresh produce is hardly fresh: (they put fresh salad mix on top with wilted old salad mix at the bottom - you will only find out about this when you get home. Always believed in supporting local business however, No more shopping at this store for me. Damn had to select one star - you do not deserve that.

Good for a quick stop of bread, milk & grog.
Could improve layout of store and fruit and veg section.

Good local IGA you can pick up any last minute items you might need. Reasonable alcohol selection and good parking.
