IGA X-Press Echuca

Called into here for a special sauce made in Tassie. They did not stock it but the lovely ladies serving the checkout directed us to a store in town that probably would (and did). Thank you, ladies, you were lovely.

I love the staff at IGA Echuca sth. The prices are a bit high BUT its still a lovely place to shop xx

Sunday 16th January 2022, my husband, a friend any myself entered IGA store. We had no masks on and the women (staff) behind the front counter said we could not enter the store without masks on. (Fair enough). I did ask if they had any masks we could buy. They said they don't have any. A few minutes later we returned with masks on. The same staff member that just asked us to leave the store was serving a young man without a mask on. I approached the man and asked him was he asked to leave the store as he had no mask on. He said no and was unsure himself why we were treated different. I questioned that staff member and she denied it and said I never serve anyone without a mask on. I told her to check the cameras as you just did. If you are going to pick and choose who shops in your store and treat people unfairly. You should not be working there. You disrespected all of us and made us feel we didn't belong in the store. You were rude and straight out lied. These are hard times for everbody right now, at least be findful on how you treat people.

Great customer service, Good place to get what I need, Saves me from driving in to town just for a couple off items

Staff are always friendly, helpful and smiling. This store is a perfect example of how Customer Service is meant to be.

Girls are polite, service is good and they are closer to home. Price difference is little compared to convenience.

Very friendly supermarket, everybody was spoken to as you entered, most welcome to the small store. I was able to get all my food and drink. Thanks to staff it felt good on entry! Hope you do well Ken Allan

Love the staff and how they have local produce and pricing is on par with the Majors. None of that Black & Gold. Far from it actually.

Came in looking for local wine/beer and cheese, could not locate any. I'm used to IGA having local products.

This store has everything staff are friendly always happy to help its been renovated new look thats made it look bigger very clean always open fresh vibe

All staff very friendly and atmosphere is very inviting. Treated as special.

Great place to go to when u need little things that you have forgotten when shopping at Coles or Woolworths. The prices however need to be lowered because I found IGA quite expensive

A good little general store, has the basics, there is no Carpark, but I have always been able to get a parking spot out front, saves driving all the way into the town centre if you don't want too

They try hard but unfortunately the last several times we've been there they were low on stock which makes it hard to do a full shop.

Friendly enough staff. Easy to buy. Quick in out. Bread and milk about 50% more expensive than the big stores.

Great for small things as only a little place which l like as you can just jump out of your car in front of the shop and grab what you want very quickly. Also has a liquor store.

Very expensive & everything I was looking for was just empty boxes, out of stock, which is apparently funny to the staff. Jenny is always good for a chat though

Generally little overpriced but is convenient for picking up a couple of items when you dont want to go all the way into town. Staff is always friendly and helpful and occasionally they have markdowns and good deals.

Very expensive and no proper cashier line and people frequently push in front of you and staff allow it. Very slow staff at checkout
