IGA Winchelsea reviews
14Just had 2 bbq chooks shoved in my face by the blonde chick who works in the deli dept. This was rude and caused me to drop my purse. Not the first time I have had rude service from this person. Terrible customer service skills!
Disappointingly owner does not support local community. Have reached out to him to try to support a family member with alcohol dependency and he is too concerned about loss of profit than empathetically supporting. My family member's situation is life threatening and critical with ambulance called twice in recent times. So upsetting and disappointing.
Love shopping here when we can get to grovedale and finding things neither of the 'two big' supermarkets have.
The meat department is like visiting a real butchers and there's always so many great specials too.
Always a great local place to shop, Winchelsea, Anglesea and Marshaltown Rd Grovedale. Great local fresh food and competitive prices
I have bought multiple products that have been off but not out of date, particularly flavoured milks. Not sure whether the milk sits unrefrigerated for some time before going into the fridge? It’s happened that many times that I can’t rely on getting milk from there that doesn’t taste rotten!
Nice Store with great varieties. Fair price. The store located in a great place with an amazing view.
Great regional IGA store. Friendly staff and good range of groceries. We love our IGA’s around the place and love their input into communities. Some things can be pricey compared to their competition but little bit more doesn’t always hurt.
We cannot thank the manager/owner enough for what he did for us yesterday. We went to the store looking for baby Panadol, as there was none we said we would go into Lorne. He told us there was no need as he had some at home which he promptly left to bring back to us. We are so blown away by your kindness, it will never be forgotten. We have a holiday home near Bambra & never go through Winchelsea but we will certainly be taking the detour to this IGA to get our supplies in the future. Thank you endlessly!
I Love This Little Store! The Staff are Lovely People & are so Polite and for a little store it has most of your daily needs & Can Not Forget The Awesome Specials In Their BottleShop as Well!
If you are driving through it is a must Visit Destination For You & You Won’t Be Disappointed!

It is along th he princess highway between geelong and colac. Altough It is a small grocery You can find most of groceries you need even firewood.
Happy to shop there a little bit dearer but it's benefit is of having it so close, staff are helpful and if you spent over $20 you get a free newspaper, stock wasn't too bad in this time
What are fanastic little country supermarket, they had a great range of stock and there prices were in line with Geelong and Melbourne Supermarkets.
This is a great country town supermarket, it has an amazing array of stock for its size. The staff are friendly and the place is well worth a visit.
The Owner puts wine and smokes up $3 more than everywhere else. It’s better to buy from the servo.
Local supermarket ripping off the locals?
