Very rude and arrogant! Wouldn't even help a elderly lady with a enquiry just told her that her phone was rubbish just because it wasn't a I phone or Samsung pfft pathetic and appalling service

These guys saved me. Travelling from Melbourne to Whyalla. My phone had been playing up for days and now had no network connection. I thought I was up for a new phone. They fixed it in less than a minute and didn't even charge me!

Poor experience using these guys, after being dropped of for a simple back cover replacement the phone was returned multiple times over a few days for a variety of issues since the repair.

The staff were lovely but my wife is now at the point where we will need to buy a new phone, to replace what was a perfect phone with a cracked back cover.

This was all caused by having a back cover replaced, no idea what went wrong here. I would not recommend.

Phone screen broken by kids, Ulefone. Were
able to get new screen and install it for a very reasonable price. As a bonus the new screen works better than before. Keep up the great work!

The fellas there are the best. Helped us out a few times now with just little things that other repair places would take your phone for days and charge unreal prices.

The guys were out of stock for a screen protector for my model phone, but gave me one pretty close in size (for free) to get by until they get more stock.

Travelling through Mildura, l managed to drop my phone in water. They dried and cleaned my phone but I needed a new touch screen. They weren't able to get it until Tuesday due to the weekend but suggested I could get it fixed when I got home. I was expecting to pay but no charge. What a great business.
