5Kerry the owner was such a lovely and polite lady. Bought 3 suits several shirts and had a few of my pants altered with her. Fantastic experience
I guess it’s part of aging when you feel pure joy dropping and picking up your clothes to and from an alteration shop. I don’t usually give reviews for any product or service unless it was a superb experience, and I had to do it for this one. Customer service is five stars. The lady was accommodating and friendly toward the customers, and the hem work was outstanding. I would highly recommend this shop in Oakleigh.
Got some pairs of pants shortened. Service was quick (done within an hour or so), pleasant and the alterations were good quality.
Needed my shirt altered last minute and the lovely lady that works here got it done with little notice and I am very happy with the results! Very affordable pricing as well! Highly recommend
