51Very nice, clean prayer room. Very well maintained. Conveniently located near the CBD and 10min walking distance to Queen Victoria Market. Parking isn't free in this area and finding a space can be hard especially during midday.
Very nice masjid, one of the best I have experienced in Melbourne. For salatul jummah, the athan was called on time, the khutbeh was wonderfully on point and relevant, and the salat was performed flawlessly.
The decor is modern but somehow "Islamic. " I didn't use the wudu stations or go to other floors; however, the main men's room is quite nice.
The website seems to be up to date.
On their website it says juma times at 1 pm and 2 pm. I came there at 2 pm and the first ethan was at 2.25. Brothers some people have work and do not have time to wait 25 min for the ethan to go off. I had to leave before the prayer because my lunch break ended. Atleast mention on your website when the first Ethan is so people know!
Nice mosque, I went to Australia and I pray zuhar, asar, and magrib, somebody donated for mosque to this place Allah gives rewards to him and to his family, Ground floor for men and 1floor ladies.
Nice mosque, IAM from India I went to Australia and pray here for zuhar, asar and magrib, on 27th Nov 2018.
Great place of worship, and staff who devote their time to organise and to run programs that benefit the broader networked community - all around Victoria. It has been beautifully updated with recent renovations, and they've done some amazing art work in the stair case area in the female section, that is something different!
Helpful staff and management. Convenient walking location from Southern Cross. Next to Halal restaurant. Plenty of space on three floors.
I used to like this Mosque. I used to come every night during taraweeh in 2011 but ever since then its gone downhill. Ther is Only one manager there that I like, everyone else is unreliable and unmannerly
Great place to offer prayers. Offers 2 sessions during summer at 100pm and 200pm. Close to Southern Cross Station
Best place to recharge your soul in the middle of Melbourne. The place are very clean and tidy.
Some people only get to to the mosque on Fridays and unfortunately if they go to Jeffccott Street instead of being able to quietly read Quran, and have time for peaceful reflection, they have to put up with someone yelling in a turkish accent every 5 minutes "brothers please move to the front" some thing needs to change so people can get benefit from tabkeer (going early)
