After My Mac laptop keyboard and trackpad stopped working.this guy saw me straight away and had it fixed within 1 day. I paid almost half the price that was asked by the apple service center. I like their service and professionalism.

He listened to my explanations of my Mac issues and offered some immediate suggestions and some things to avoid doing. He was polite, respectful and professional.
