Really poor quality of work. I gave 2 suits to be pressed and both suits were crumbled. The trouser was not pressed at the time of pick up as it had been missed. When I got the suits back home I notice that the suit was still crumbled. I am very disappointed with their quality of work and won’t be going back to this place.

Worst dry cleaner in the area, I dry cleaned two of my fancy dresses from them and they turned my clothes into trash. Colors fade, fabric texture becomes rough, and luster disappears. The owner was so rude she argued with me mercilessly and hung up the phone saying "there's nothing I can do goodbye" and they wouldn't even give me a refund. I advise everyone not to go to them, they are the worst dry cleaner i ever visited.

Absolutely disscusted in service, as a professional in the retail industry I require shirts and suits dry cleaned quite often and being at pacific Werribee I presumed they were first class, WHAT A DISSAPOINTMENT. From unclean shirts to one missing for a week only to get it back looking worse than when I dropped it off, I'm actually quite appaled, and to top it off my suit didn't smell to nice on pickup would never recommend or go there every again I feel sorry for the owners unprofessionally
An integrity and lack of knowledge

Asked them to press two queen size doona covers woman wasn’t sure if price? 21
When I picked them price was $5 each more. $26 each
When I put one of the covers on the bed it’s just as wrinkled as I left it with her. I could have had my 7 seven year grandson press it better than she did. Won’t be going back

Today 02/09/22 at 1547hrs I went in to drop off 2 coats, 2 dresses and a skirt for dry cleaning. The lady told me some light penmark on my coat might not come off, I said fine, I will take the coat out. She then suggested I take all my clothes somewhere else, the writing on my dress for " dry clean only was fading. What a joke, I've used the same dry cleaner for years, unless the owners have changed this business should just shut down, honestly.

Got two items dry cleaned.over charged and they came back STINKING OF CIGARETTE SMOKE. I guess they must smoke inside the shop as these clothes smell so bad i have to get them dry cleaned again.
How hard is it just to wash and dry something without smoking the whole time you do it?

2 out of 3 items come back worst then before I left them, I'm so upset and disappointed in their efforts and the money I spent, I don't believe that they actually cleaned one of the jackets. I would not recommend them, I will never use their service again. Its a pity, the staff member that served me was lovely.

Took a suit here for a quick clean and press as it was slightly creased. Suit was returned twice as creased as before. I informed them of the issue and they offered to redo the suit. Final product was still largely creased! I now fear the lining in the suit has been permanently damaged. My advice would be to stay away.

I took my bed topper to get washed here. I was told it would take about a week and they would give me a call when it was ready to collect. After two weeks I decided to go in and collect it. After paying $40 for one item I found it was still covered in dust and smelt of urine. I’m not sure how they wash these but I don’t think this is what I was paying for. Do not recommend.

Opening hours on weekdays is supposed to be 8am. I arrived at 9.05am and it was closed, even worse there was someone inside. I called while standing outside, I could hear the phone ringing and saw the person inside walk about but ignored the phone call. Appalling. Used to be a regular customer, not any more.

Took my car seat covers in to remove a stain. Stain was removed but they ruined the actual sheepskin.ill take it to a place where they know what they're doing next time

Would rate this place 0. Tried couple of times. First time they ruined my gown and second time my coat didn't even clean properly. Don't go there. Save ur money.

Doona cleaned and they got rid of a stain that masters dry cleaners couldnt. Price cheaper than masters and came in a blue carry bag. Thanks guys. Keep up the great work you do

Overpriced. Further more closed when attended to collect dry cleaning as they were on holiday and didnt advise me. My dry cleaning is stuck in you shop after a week. Poor service and twice the price of other dry cleaners.

Let’s be honest, if I could rate this place with 0 stars I would.

My mother took in 2 skirts about 2-3 weeks ago, went in to collect the skirts about a week after dropping them in only to be told that they had “wrecked” the skirt (the zipper came off). Which they then proceeded to say would be fixed. She’s gone in to pick them up today, only to find out that they actually broke someone else’s skirt and stuffed up orders, then told her ours still had not been dry cleaned. Was then told that the brown leather skirt we had put in was apparently not “dry cleanable” And that we had to hand wash it. Yet the tag inside of said skirt clearly states that it’s “dry clean only”. Will definitely NOT be going back to this place, they’re so unbelievably unprofessional.
