2 stars for an extremely poor selection of decent Icebreaker men's stuff. Several unspeakable items in every size, no wonder really, one doubts they would ever sell. Frankly a waste of time the visit, I love Icebreaker stuff, but this was very disappointing.

Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff, and a wide range of heavily-discounted merino products. Very happy with my visit and purchases!

Look it's an outlet. Has what it has. Don't plan on getting an M in anything. Most stock is small or XL but it is cheaper than retail and icebreaker is THE best.

Madde's professionalism and ability to get to help me with my purchase exceeded my expectations. Not only does she provide exceptional customer service, she is extremely patient, affable and understanding. I can tell that she is a true icebreaker fan, and she really understands the customers' perspectives and needs when it comes to making difficult purchasing decisions. She also gives great advice for attire styling as she is an adventure junkie herself which I found it very helpful! Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended and I truely appreciate it. Icebreaker is definitely very lucky to have such a valuable member like Madde on your retail team. I also recommend this brand as the quality of the products are just exceptional. You have definitely gained a new customer who will refer all of her family and friends to Icebreaker!

This seems to be a sustainable brand but it is not really, unfortunately. Its labour rating is 'not good enough'. There is no evidence it ensures payment of a living wage in most of its supply chain. (from Good On You brand directory)

Wonderful visit in Fitzroy yesterday, both Kaitlyn and Eden were very helpful and friendly. Deserving of some recognition! They have wonderful warm service and there are so many great bargains available at their shop! Definitely recommend this brand as they deliver such high quality products.

Great staff (Mark and Jeremy were both really helpful and friendly) and excellent clothing (pretty good ethical and sustainability credentials) at great prices. I now have about 15 icebreaker products sourced over several years and love them for urban and snow-sport use. They could fix the in-store music though.crazy frog remixes and a bit hard to deal with!
