Had a great experience here with my fiancé! Such a lovely dessert venue in a great location. Staff are very welcoming and extremely fast service! Best ice cream I have tried in my life, we got waffles, crepes and a chocolate cup. Highly recommend all 3! Will definitely visit again soon 5/5 stars

Old school ice cream parlour in Port Melbourne. Do not expect fancy flavours though there is variety (I went with mango) but they do have extensive seating

Amazing menu, there’s a variety of ice creams perfect for every occasion. Always very friendly staff who always welcome customers and make sure their orders are perfect. The wacky meals are perfect for the kids and are very tasty. Food is fresh and your service is sure to be excellent. The crepes and waffles are a personal favourite, absolutely delicious and the toppings accentuate the flavours even more. If you haven’t gone here yet I would suggest it highly.

I have been coming to Ice Cafe Venezia for years now, and the friendly, welcoming staff have never failed to provide me and my family with authentic, delicious ice cream. They make their own ice cream, creating the most creamy, flavoursome desserts. Not to mention the amazing crepes! Always fresh and fast! Definitely recommend.

Fantastic new favourite. If it wasn't for the fact that I watch my sugar consumption then I would be there everyday. So yummy and a real treat. Taste of Italy and reminds me of Florence.

Got takeaway and was surprised at the size. Then after I realised they have biscoff flavour which I must go back for.

Great selection of icecream and interesting icecream meals. Also very tasty! You can try samples and also serve do them in cones and tubs for takeaway.
The shop has a French Venice theme, and has tables for seating, the prices are fair too.

Really nice gelatos and very good attention. Even when I asked for a little cup with tap water for my dog. I would love to see more flavours!

This place is my absolute favourite, have been going there since it opened. Service is legendary, ice cream is to die for and coffee is brilliant. Fantastic vibe and Rovena will look after you, she’s the best! Will drive from literally anywhere to go there!

Don’t forget to look up…. At the menu board with a variety of different ice cream dishes! Aside from the regular ice cream that’s on display, they have a host of other options to try.

We went for the banana split which comes with 3 scoops of any ice cream you want. We went with the biscoff, tiramisu and chocolate - all three were delicious but the biscoff was the highlight.

I found the staff particularly friendly and the deals are quite cheap compared to many other gelato places. There were various vegan options that I wouldn’t usually find elsewhere (kiwi, banana, chocolate/coconut ect.) and they were delicious from my perspective.
