Had a price agreed upon over email however upon arriving they would not honour the price and instead charged an extra 50 dollars. Otherwise service was exceptional and would return if I need another phone repaired.

I would give 5 stars except the guy in the store in geelong is rude beyond words. They fixed my screen of my pixel 7, had some issues with phone restarting all the time afterwards but that seems to have gone now (took 4 weeks). Not sure what happened but hey they did what they said they would do which is fix my screen so would recommend I guess?

Brought in my new Pixel 8 with a cracked screen. Replaced within the hour and priced matching their website.

No nonsense solid service, my cracked Pixel 6 Pro screen was quoted for more at JB HiFi which took more than a week to send away to diagnose. These guys fixed it in an afternoon, can't complain

Don't take your ipads here. Took my kid's ipad here for a screen repair - took it back two subsequent times to fix the repair but it was still not fixed. Now taking to another place for repair

Took in my Surface Pro 7 to get the screen replaced and I am so happy with the quality. Very affordable and quick service, definitely recommend these repairers.

These clowns stole my iPhone (which was tracked using Find My iPhone and was pinging in their office) and refused to hand it over after I had said it was in the office. Very rude and blank stares. I asked them to show me all of the iPhones handed in the last few days and they hurried myself out of the office - telling me there’s 2 other phone repair shops on other levels, KNOWING that you need a key card to access them via the lifts. Dodgy written all over it. Probably sold to China as it’s now tracking at a container park. Be very weary dealing with this business - they are thieves.

If you have any personal data on any hardware, laptops or mobile phones I strongly urge you to WIPE the device before you hand it in to these clowns for repair. They will copy and sell your data to China. And they also sell IGET nicotine vapes illegally (no licensing certificates in the building on display) and imported cigarettes in their store which has been notified to authorities, as well as the fact they stole my phone. Beware.

Highly recommend! Went above and beyond the normal repair of our Apple Watch. Now it’s as good as new and works perfectly. Great communication and super fast service. Thankyou so much! Will definitely be back.

Price and repair exactly as quoted. Easy to deal with, would recommend. Dropped a pixel4a in to them in person on a Saturday for this repair but I will most likely use registered post next time. I can see they're organised and the device will be in good hands.

Fixed my Galaxy S9 and Oppo Reno 4 Z. Both had broken screens. Didn't need to replace display on S9 like some other repairers insist on doing. Fast service and very good pricing.

Be careful dealing with these guys - went in to fix my phone's faulty charging port - left my phone with them for an hour and came back to collect it. Short story is they didn't fix a single thing or change any parts and insisted fast charging was working (it wasn't). The phone wasn't even opened as I could check the glue.

Only when i grilled them they then proceeded to fix the part.which is now faulty again after 2 months.

Had my phone fixed on Saturday just fantastic service the price that I was quoted by other phone repair companies was just way way over the to was quoted $489 Dollars by 5 different repair companies got it fix for $190 Dollars and did it while I waited very very happy.

I got my pixel 4 screen replaced by them 3 months ago. I noticed on my return home there were two strong reflections from the rubber band and couldn't wipe them out. I returned a few weeks later and they just charged me another 10$ to put a screen protector on it so it's not as bad. I decided to let it go. Then couple of weeks ago I noticed a crack in screen in one corner and the phone was not dropped at all and was in highly protective case the whole time. Again, I thought I may have 0ut too much pressure on it even though I was pretty surprised as it had never happened before. And now I have noticed a smaller crack on another corner of the phone. This can't be happening except if the screen is not genuine or not installed correctly as it appears all corners are somehow under pressure.

The charging port is no longer working. Walked in on Monday morning and was told 30 to 45 minutes. If your phone is not covered by the warranty, you can no longer recommend these guys. Great service.
