IBK Photos

Amanda was great with my newborn, we have great photos. Place is good value as no session fee, just pay for prints/ digital copies.

Such a great experience so love all the photos and Clare was amazing. Can not wait for the next session. X

I did not have a good experience with them at all, first of all the ady who took our photos was in rush to get her daughter from childcare (which she could change the appoitment date, she mentiond to me on a phone that she needs to go pick her daughter up, but I did not know she was meaning she is going to do everything on rush.
She was the professional and knew how long it will take to take some good photos, Of course I did not have enough knowledge about timing).
There were many nice stuff which she could use to take better photos.
For example most of our photos does not have any frame, one of them we took it is so obvious we are more on the side rather than middle.most of the pictures my husband hair and head was cut.
The white stand background that we were standing on, was so so dirty and black, when I print the photos and put in frames, they complately show that background is black and dirty.
When she was showing us the photos she did not say she needs to do some edit or may needs to do some edit before she gives us the Usb.
After I took them and printed them she emailed us after couple of days and gave me the new edited ones, which I already print the photos (even if she was on rush for picking up her daughter and she was not able to do it on spot it would be better at least to let us know that they need editing and she can send them later instead of doing everything on rush not happy at all).
It was actually waste of money, I am not recommending IBK at all.
If I wanted to take normal photos withoute quality I would do it my self instead of waste my time and money.worst experience

Some room for improvement with communication, but nice team and good photos - overall a good experience
