I purchased a BMX bike for my son, customer service was exceptional, the shop keeper adjusted the bike so my son could test ride it, and delivered to my home as it wouldn't fit in the boot. (Living near by)
Price was slightly negotiated due to budget.
I'd recommend service from this store.

Dom and his wife at iBikes was fantastic! He checked over my sons bike, he was trustworthy and gave us some great advice! He then fixed the lock i completely stuffed up. We will only ever go to there for all our bike and accessory needs!

Extremely bad service, I bought this cassette puller and the chain broke on the first try. They did not want to acknowledge the guarantee, claiming that they had to wait for the supplier of the tool to respond to them. As a customer, I don't have to wait for that to happen. Very bad way to run a business. I seriously recommend not to buy there.

Back in December when I went there, they tried to sell me a bike for $949.00 that on the Website clearly side it was somewhere around $850

These guys have now the set the online standard, any company who says we are experiencing delays because of blah blah blah need to call this company for advice on how to get the job done!

They assembled the entire bike for me within 45 minutes of my phone enquiry, and installed 'quick flick' gears instead of the standard 'grip shifters' (even though I had not committed to buying it), so my son could try it out this gear-shift system. I recommend the bike and recommend the store!

Don was amazing. Coached a newbie oldie through a test ride of an e-bike to the point where I could confidently feel I'll be able to not only use the bike, but enjoy it too. Speedy delivery with country-style service. Highly recommended.

Bought my bike from here, great customer service, great deals on offer.

Agreed by phone for me to bring my bike in for repair, when I told them that a specific very common part needed to be replaced.

I took the morning off work to bring the bike in, and was turned away with them saying that they don't work on inexpensive bikes and that didn't want to get the part in. Completely waited my time.

This is not your friendly local bike shop, they cannot be relied on.

My advice to them is that if they don't know how to run a business, at least develop some integrity when deal with people.

I came in to get a new replacement handlebar pad and got really excellent honest advice, excellent service. Highly recommend
