IBC - Islamic Books & Clothing

I had a wonderful experience at the IBC store. They had a wide range of Islamic books, clothing, perfumes, Ramadan and Eid decorations, and other daily necessities. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store.

I went to IBC last week to check few Islamic books and wall arts. This place is big and has lots of Islamic decor items, books and clothing specially women clothing. The staffs were super friendly and helpful. I will highly recommend this place to others.

I bought electric Incense burner, very poor quality, went to reurn, they argue what we should use to burn and what we shouldnt, when I used electric Incense burner before. My previous one I bought from the same shop few years back and I was able to burn charcoal and put incense on top. They talk about no return policy, As per ACCC we should be able to return if its faulty. Very argumentative. Dont want to waste my time. This shop is not worth it.

After shopping here and supporting this business for many years now it seems the owner's couldn't care less about their customers. After speaking to Ahmed on Saturday 10/04 who I assume is the owner and discussing a problem with a faulty abaya (wrong size tag was put on label leaving me with an abaya too big) I bought from this company he advised "well I can't help you because I'm just a worker here"and immediately walked right off giving us no chance to discuss any further. I found it very rude. I purchased 4 abayas and It was made clear that this faulty abaya was not worn and was in complete resalable condition after they amended the size tags to the correct one. Under the ACCC if a product is faulty a consumer is entitled to a refund but on the grounds that I do not have a receipt the owner's are refusing. After visiting the store twice now and discussing the issue as well as texting back and forth advising them that I have a bank statement as proof of purchase and that by law this is acceptable they have ignored me. They also do believe that I purchased it from their store as they are the only retailer selling this particular abaya which was also discussed so it's clearly not a matter of proof of purchase that the owner's have an issue with. Due to the product being faulty I am entitled to a full refund but was willing to settle for an exchange for the right size but still I have been knocked back. It's amazing that $50 means so much to the owner's that they are willing to sacrifice good Akhlaq, long term customer relations and doing the right thing by law and by their customers.

Such friendly service especially the young sister at the front. Helped me hide my eid presents for the kids in bags and even suggested some head scarfs for me.

Amazing shop for Muslims When you enter their you feel that you are in your Muslim country. Really I like it. There are many things to buy from here. There are prayer mats, prayer clothes set, lots of Muslims books, decorations for Ramadan and Eid. In addition, there are so many different kinds of clothes for men, women and kids. I am sure if you go here you will find something to buy however, someone prices are so high. Better to reduce some thanks for this beautiful shop
