iBAG intelligent drycleaning

I've used these guys a few times now. The app is easy to use, pick-up and drop off is seamless, pricing is reasonable, highly recommend.

Their service is good, pick up and drop off is super easy.

The issue I have is how they store the credit card information. Three times now my card information has been stolen and used for fraud.

I know it’s your company who does not store the information securely by process of elimination.

I used their services for the first time and very impressed. Convenient and items were cleaned well! I will definitely be using in the future.

Really useful. They operate service in my building in CBD. For the price is a great service. Takes me 3 minutes to drop off in my building and its ready a couple of days later. Would definitely recommend

Not sure if they operate outside of Melbourne but here their service has really gone down. Before COVID they were great and always on time. Now it’s hot and miss. Sometimes it takes ages for them to return from a simple wash and iron. I left my bag at the concierge yesterday morning at 6.30, and it’s still here now, that means I won’t get it back till after I need it. Very poor service.
Update: It appears that the app has been giving me false times as to when the pickups and deliveries to my building are. The owner has contacted me and it has been straightened out. By the way, there has never been an issue with the actual cleaning of the clothes, they always come back clean and pressed nicely. I would recommend you give them a go if you like the convenience of not having to take your cleaning out to an agent.
