They had lots of choices and the staff were very helpful.
They made it easy for us to choose suitable bracelets.
The bracelets are stunning and we are both so happy with our choices.

The bracelets needed small adjustments and these were done very quickly.

Unfortunately my experience with Ian Sharp Jewellery has not been completely positive. After reading the reviews for this jeweller, I decided to work with them to design an engagement ring. I came prepared to the shop with my partners rings to get the sizing right. The staff measured the rings I took in and started to create the engagement ring. When it came time to collect the engagement ring, it was clearly too small, even though they measured the rings I took in previously. As I was planning on proposing just before Christmas back home in regional Victoria, I mentioned to the staff that it was too late to have them resize the ring. Once my partner and I were engaged, we wanted to get the ring resized as soon as possible so that she could wear it. As I was in the country, I called Ian and asked what my options were. He mentioned that I could come back to Melbourne and get it resized with them at no cost, or take it to a local jeweller, get it resized with them and then Ian Sharp Jewellery would reimburse me for the cost. As Melbourne was over 3 hours away, we needed to take the second option and the ring turned out to be 4 sizes too small when it was made.

I had not sought the reimbursement as I was planning on buying my wedding band with the business and called them to check in about this prior to purchasing but the staff needed to check with Ian. I was told the next day, via a text message that they wouldn't reimburse the resize of the ring, were sorry for the miscommunication and that they would not tell me to get it resized elsewhere - even though they told me that I could in my circumstance.

Overall, I was keen to have positive experience with this business. My partner and I loved the ring that they made (apart from the size) but I was left so disappointed that they would tell me one thing and then change their mind to suit them, even though I had done everything right and spent a considerable amount of money with them. The communication that I recieved to be via a text message was completely unprofessional and I would not shop with them again.
