I own a restaurant in NSW and the experience that I have with iAbrahamPOS has been very good. Abraham and the team are attentive and keen on quickly finding solutions to any challenges or POS related issues we may have. 3 things that I liked about their service is they are easy to deal with, accessible and knowledgeable about their product. I was an existing MobiPOS user and, although I was happy with the system, I wasn’t happy with the support provider. After doing a bit of Google research I came across Abraham and was impressed with the quality of his reviews.iAbrahamPOS gives us the confidence of knowing that they are there to support us in urgent situations and also in working with the developers to try and accommodate our needs.

We have found the customer experience with iAbraham very responsive and of the highest quality. Every little unique enquiry we thought we had was answered instantly in a professional and in layman's terms to easily understand. As all venues we think we are different but these guys made us feel that they have dealt with most issues hundreds of times.

They always answer the phone. I can't tell you how important that is when you run a busy restaurant. Our original quote was higher than we paid as some of our existing parts got recycled. They are all about solutions at a cost effective price point.

We went with iAbrahamPOS mainly due to the outstanding reviews and that they are local. They didn't leave our venue on the install date until I had asked exhausted every single issue we might expect. The transition was seamless.

The impact on our business is mostly about less technical issues, greater freedom of instant reports, integration with takeaway and SmartPay. Our last system would simply overload in peak times and shut down. We went backwards to paper and pen when we had 50 orders waiting.iAbraham reused some of our printers, put the new system in play by lunchtime and left late afternoon. I totally recommend iAbraham as your next point of sale purchase and I am happy for any small business to come to our humble establishment to check it out.

We have been using this system for the last six months, and to be honest, it's the best thing we have done and has made running our restaurant La Spaghettata so much easier.

During Sunday 4th of May 2022 afternoon. There was a situation happen in our store.

Where one of the waiter mobile ordering device does not working properly with printer communication.

The business run quite difficult for this situation.
