I applied my 485 Visa application through the service from I-migration during 2020-2022. I was being look after by Jocelyn Diaz, K’Amy Suwinyatichaiporn, and K’Krittaya (Keng) Sawatsuk. I have to say that they all were very lovely, supportive and patient. At the nearly end of my visa application, I was struggling with depression due to the loss of my family member. According to this, I was having issues preparing my documents, delayed and yes disorganized. However, the I-migration team were very supportive. They asked for the extention for me to submit all paperworks. They were very patient to re-check, edited and organised everything for me and yes my visa application has been approval. I did different visas through I-Migration and they were diligent and answered my emails, I usually like to ask many questions and they reply always with the information that I needed. I also asked them to keep one application and they followed my suggestion and we got the residence through this, although we had gotten another invitation for a permanent. My only feedback for then is that when customers do more than one visa in a short period of time we should get some sort of discount in the agency fees, but I do understand that immigration support is an expensive service.
