I-MED Radiology Victoria-Head Office & Administration

One of the my tenant. He is working in I-MED he accessed my personal information.the tenant was access my personal information due to i got injury and my all personal information was there and heuse that information who threaten me and my family. The Admin refused to help. We would doubt that How they protect patient privacy information.and how they act and protect their patient. My results was they did not do anything and refused to help. It was so disappointed. I would suggest you guys who should choose other company.because they were not working professional and also not helpful at all.

Almost impossible to contact by phone. VERY good service at I-med Lilydale. But I-Med has a policy of not uploading results into My Health. This does not appear to be in the patients interest. I went into my “My Health” record - saw all the pathology results but no MRI report. In an emergency situation this could put lives at risk and appears to fly on the face of Federal Government efforts to centralise Health Records. If I had a choice of provider I would choose one that uploaded to My Health. No complaints about the service at Lilydale I-med - again, it was a very good service. When I made a complaint I was told it was not I-Med’s policy to upload results. This appears a serious deficiency in the service offered.

I’ve tried to get through to the head office at I-Med on a number of occasions over the past 4 weeks and haven’t been able to get through. I’ve also sent through an email with my contact details and unfortunately still no response. I’ve contacted other clinics to put me through to the head office and still no luck. Very hard to speak to anyone in the recruitment team and head office.

It sometimes depends which i-med you go to that your experience can be good or bad.
I went to Camberwell 2day and I was totally over the top impressed at the respect that was shown to me by a lady on the front desk. This lady went over and beyond to assist me in getting my appts and payments booked and sorted. I could not fault the service, the respect, the wonderful "can-do" attitude and her demonstration of genuinely wanting to help. Thank you so so much

Pathetic place to work at… stay away from the contact centre too much politics and horrible leadership… workplace bullying is their forte

I have terminal cancer. I live from scan to scan. Each ct result is either positive (no growth of new tumours) or negative (disease progression). I was told early on that CT reports take 2 days to be generated and sent. I leave 4 days between ct and doc apt. Today my doc has not received report! So now I wait to see whether I'm dying quickly or slowly.

Tried calling up from 2: 30pm today and no answer. I called several other times up until 4: 30 and still no answer 2hrs later.this is pretty bad for business.

I will never recommend I- Med Radiology. I went there twice first at i- Med Dandenong and second was today at I- Med Cranbourne at High Street, as I had my 20 week scan. The customer servive at desk is so so unwelcoming and rude. My Radiologist was just busy finishing her job, she didnt talk to me, explained me any thing, when I asked questions, she was so rude, and told me to let her finish her work first. This is my first pregnancy, and I hated my experience. I was so excited as I thought today is the day when I will get to know my baby's gender, but my Radiologist MUSHKA, (thats what she told me her name, may be, the spelling can be wrong) WAS SO ANNOYING AS SHE NEVER showed any convern towards my request. I am kind of in a state of depression, as this is not what I was expecting at my ultrasound scan. Also, not to forget, the lady at the desk was so rude, I was told to take 30 mins break and have water and walk as, to let my baby change the body position, but I asked her if I can leave the building and come back she said anyways radiologist is super busy she wont be free before 45 mins, I left and after 15-20 mins she called me, I was driving and I could not answer her call, when I returned, she was literally so rude, with such a bad expressions on her face as if she is doing some kind of favor on me, and said, our radiologist got free and we tried calling u back. I literally took permission from her to leave as I was starving, I was in the centre from 2 hrs, and she showed no empathy. I really wish to write lot more but I am really not in a state, as this was my precious moment and it was ruined by my radiologist as well as the person at the desk. They dont even share the 3D scan of the baby, and I asked if I can atleast have a profile picture of my baby she very rudely said, you can click it from the screen. Like seriously? Please do not visit I Med Radiologist. First experience was also noy great, but this one was worst. I am in Depression because of this experience!
