Online booking page should clearly say No bulk bill for patients not having current govt concession cards.
Eg 247$ for an ultrasound less about $95 medicare rebate.

I have had two pregnancy ultrasounds here and both were fantastic. Long did our second scan, he was amazing, so thorough and talked us through everything. Highly recommend.

Keeping hanging up on me! Desperate for an appointment. This problem was resolved, they've called me back since and made me an apt. Apparently had issues with their phones.

Had my first ultrasound here a few months ago. Due to severe anxiety my temperature was bordering on the edge of fever levels. After my stuttered explanation, rather than turning me away, the kind receptionist (whose name I have unfortunately forgotten) instructed me to wait outside for a few minutes to try and cool down, whereafter she came and rechecked my temperature and, seeing that it was at a normal level now, allowed me to continue ahead to my appointment.

My ultrasound went smoothly, but it was that small act of kindness that has stuck with me these past few months. I just wanted to show my appreciation somehow.

Starting from the lovely ladies who take your booking, the receptionists and the people taking the pics, scans, etc, professionalism, patience and kindness are their virtues and in 30 years I have never had a problem with their service. Prompt, thorough and I have never waited more than 15 minutes for my turn.

Staff were lovely and wait time for the appointment was very good; however I am awaiting scan results for a suspected aggressive cancer and the results have yet to be signed off and provided to the specialist. The results have not been delivered within the promised time and the wait is extremely distressing.

I have had HD CT scans to lungs. Wasn't a long wait before been sent through. Very warm and caring staff. Very efficient in sending results to my Doctor. Keep up the great work MIA Mentone.
