Recently had a Coronary CT Angiogram done at Latrobe Regional Hospital and in all honesty the procedure wasn't as bad as I had been led to believe.
Due to having very fine veins, which always disappear
at the very first sign of a needle, the thought of having a Cannula filled me with dread.
The Doctors and Nurse explained everything in detail during the Cannulation and with the help of a Local Anesthetic the procedure was pain free! The actual CT was over in a matter of minutes! I would like to thank all involved during my visit and I cannot speak highly of the level of care I was given.
