13Went to have a diagnostic procedure done at I-Med at Shepparton Private. Whilst the in the last, maybe, 8 years that I've been going here, most of the technicians are very good and friendly. The reception staff however is the complete opposite. Every time I go here, I can already be sure that my experience will be the same every time. Reception staff are unfriendly and disinterested here. While I understand that they are probably under a lot of stress, the reception staff certainly appeared sad and disengaged. It was like they almost hated me for being in front of them at the counter and at the same time they hated themselves for being in that said workplace. If you wanted to begin your day in negativity, go to I-Med at Shepparton Private, they certainly won't disappoint. I-Med at Graham Street on the other hand, from my past experience is much better.
Worst service. I came in late as I was having difficulty finding the place and also I tried to call them so many times and no one answering. Also on the phone they told me it’s go it will cost me MRI $300 then when U got there they made me sign $350.
Very unprofessional! Had scan & ultrasound marked as priority as results needed to be urgent.imed didn't bother about the priority and nearly 2weeks later still waiting for the 'lost' results! Will NOT be going back to imed again!
I did MRI head including orbit with contrast in I-MED radiology and the report came abnormal. Due to that, I went to GV health and the doctors in GV health emergency department checked me and gone through series of procedures and they decided to take another MRI. They did my whole body MRI including spine with contrast and the report came normal. I was very tensed due to the abnormal report from the I-MED radiology. I believe the radiologist who report the MRI scan didn't have enough experience in reporting. I am not sure how much Tesla machine they have in the radiology department. Any way, I never believe any report from I-MED radiology since then.
I had such a lovely experience.
Reid who assisted me with my CT scan was caring, courteous, empathetic, engaging and he explained everything he was doing and why. He was bubbly, in a great mood and made me feel comfortable, relaxed and well cared for. I could not of had a better experience.
I was also assisted by Kara and Crystal on reception who went above and beyond to make my experience most relaxing after having some anxiety.
Kara and Crystal were welcoming, accommodating and endured that I felt comfortable during my experience. They were also very efficient.
As someone who is batteling anxiety and depression they made me feel cared for and welcome.
Great work to the team.
Shepparton. Never answer phone. Have been trying to get a receipt sent to me for a Month for an MRI. Go somewhere else if possible.
Reception service was ridiculous were waiting there and staff was just talking and ask us to wait
Have tried ringing all afternoon no answer even my medical centre has tried but same no one answers the phone
What an awful experince with the staff who cover lunch time today with no manner to patient.
If you don't know how to speak to patient then you should not be at the front line then.
As a patient with a referral from my gp, rang so many times to make an appointment, but they never answered the phone! Shame, very disappointing, and it's not the first time either!
Tried to call fifteen times with no answer. We are in lock down and I am sure people feel more comfortable making appointments over the phone. If you are not going to answer, then give a message to callers what they should do. Reading the reviews I understand why you have such a low review. Shame on you during these time of hardship treating your clients this way.

Fairly efficient, expensive but a lot of capital invested. Reception staff seemed a little disengaged and not particularly attentive. Unfortunately the procedure I had performed has basically failed. I think follow up would be a good idea a part of quality assurance
Very sad to go in and be greeted in such an unfriendly manner very rude staff on front counter no smile now how are you its like they hate being there and should not be in a position that deal with people. Its hard enough to go in to have the procedure for a lot of people let alone be greated and made feel unwelcome by them will not be going back there.
