11Receptionist was rude and bad management, I have sent referral which it saying I dont need to pay as I'm under some criteria to theirs email when I go to my appointment she told me I needs to pay as this these are an old criteria. Now I booked at another I med and they accept it.
After two MRI 's at other locations, I was fortunate today to have visited IMed Burgundy St. Heidelberg. I was welcomed, cared for and attended to by Jonathon the radiologist. Thankyou for your courteous and compassionate care.
Highly recommend this efficient and caring health service.
Fortunately the technical and professional classes staff are very good at this facility. It's a shame the business reputation is let down by appalling unprofessional junior admin staff. They really should think about working elsewhere and not in a health CARE setting. Will consider going elsewhere in future.
Poor time management. I booked at 8.50 in the morning but had to wait till 10.25. Nurses are very rude and they dont even tell how long we have to wait as the parking is only 2 hours. Why do they book everyone at the same time if they cant manage.
On my third nerve block injection, this one was a little more intense than the others but the bedside manner and service was wonderful. Medicine isn't magic and healthcare workers are human. Pretty sad to see reviews whinging about wait times and things that just happen in life. The admin staff were super lovely, everyone I interacted with were kind and informative. The nurse who attended the procedure (I think Suzy, apologies if I have it wrong) and took care of me after was awesome. I was super anxious but the lovely team really made it so much easier. Thank you to all of the staff. I returned home and felt compelled to share my experience.
Booked appointment online but staff didn't know how to use the system so just left me standing there. I had to resend the referral and then waited one hour for an x-ray. No wonder the health system is in chaos when systems and admin users are not in synch.
I had my first epidural injection for bad back pain L5/S1. The attendant Nurse (Susie) and radiologist could not have been more helpful (describing in detail the procedure to follow in a relaxing manner) and assured me all would be well. People in this centre really care and it’s to be complimented in this current climate. Would not hesitate to recommend such a professional hard working and compassionate team.
I cannot speak more highly of Mark Austin, he is a nuclear radiologist. He was so kind to me, I was nervous and he instantly helped me relax. He checked on me multiple times throughout the scan and went above and beyond to ease my mind and I left feeling so relieved.

Everyone was really polite. The doctor who helped me with the MRI (Dr Kantha if I remember correctly) was extremely nice and helpful. I don't understand the previous reviews but my experience was great. Highly recommended.
Exceptionally rude staff: (When you are unwell and require unpleasant medical checks, it would be nice to be greeted with some basic customer service at the least.
