We had some issues with our referral and administration officer Melissa went above and beyond to help us and make it happen. Thank you so much Melissa you are the best.
Also special thanks goes to Bianca the Radiologist making everything so smooth for us.
The Berwick I med is the best place to get your scans done and has the best of staff.

Had an appointment booked for an MRI which when booking I was advised it was covered and bulk billed by Medicare. Confirmed multiple times. Got there & they turned around and said it's not. Won't book with this clinic again. Very disappointing.

Rubbish Radiology i have very bad experience i have booked my grandfather ct scan 3 weeks ago on the day of scan just 30 mins before i have recieve phone call said we are unable to done your scan today you need to book some other day. I have cancel my weekend work shift because of ct scan wasting my whole day. Please think before you book your appointment with this radiology.

My wife had the most disturbing experience at this I-Med today. Reception woman at Casey I-Med, Jessie has shown zero compassion, zero empathy for a person referred by their specialist for a follow up MRI for a mass. My wife booked the MRI as advised by her specialist and was assured it would be under Medicare by I-Med staff. Half a day unpaid off work to come. Jessie just coldly tells her it’s not covered and that I-Med’s Dr (who knows nothing about health history of this person) has said she doesn’t need the scan. When asked for the name of the Dr, Receptionist Jessie wrote just Bob. Can I have the Dr’s full name please as he is advising on my health which means I have the right to his name. No, we don’t give surnames. My wife and son explained you cannot withhold the name of a Dr who is commenting on someone’s health. Jessie glared at my wife who was already anxious. How is this possible to treat patients, human beings this way. Many people who come for scans are vulnerable and anxious and today I-Med has caused considerable harm. We have contacted our specialist and this matter will be taken further. As I-Meds Dr and Jessie feel they can override a specialist recommendation, I sincerely hope there are no repercussions to her health due to I-Med delaying her care.

Phoned up and selected the call back option. Was called back only to be laughed at when I was referred to call by another centre regarding an earlier appointment for an MRI. Literally laughed at.i've never been more uncomfortable when trying to book an appointment. I was also then referred to another I-MED location and told they bulk-bill for specialist referrals. They do not. It's a $500 out of pocket fee. Overall a terrible experience, especially considering theres enough health stress when needing scans. I truly wish I knew the name of the lady on the phone as she has just the most terrible phone manners and it does not provide confidence in the professionalism of this centre.

Staff don't have any time for disabled men, they put women ahead of disabled men leaving the men waiting in the waiting room whilst everybody else is put straight through very rude and arrogant against disabled people especially white men

The technician who was doing my mums brain mri was very “rude”. He was not considerate at all. Another technician who was nice, brought my mum out, after she had a severe panic attack in the mri cubicle. Won’t be coming back to this place. The technician just wanted to get the appointment over and done with and little to no patience.

Attended this centre and the staff were fantastic!
I am extremely claustrophobic and needed an MRI,
The two young men who were doing my MRI were so very kind and extremely understanding. I will admit I was terrified and was extremely teary and they were just lovely, no pressure and couldn’t do enough to make me feel comfortable.
Bonus this centre has a wide bore MRI machine when I did the ring around.
Highly recommend this centre

Well Cleaned & Friendly Environment Including All The Staff. I’ve Done Epidural Injection Procedure On 26/11/2021 For My Back Pain. I’m Really Happy & Getting Better Now. Highly Recommended For Anyone Those Who Are Suffering With Pain To Get Rid-doff. Thanks Again. May God’s Blessings Upon You All

Went here for a lumbar puncture and the staff was so lovely. The nurse could tell I was stressed and helped me through the procedure and the rest of my stay. The doctor was nice and so were all the other staff. I also had an mri here previously and had a great experience then too. Great clinic.

Amazing staff! It was my first time at the clinic, I think the receptionist was new as she was had to ask about a few things from the other receptionists at the desk but still she dealt with me really well. Also, she kept on saying she was sorry she was trying to get everything done properly. And overall the staff at the MRI were also really really good. They went through all the processes quickly and efficiently.
I would really thank all the staff for their service.

My grandmother saw specialist radiologist Dr Max Kupershmidt for an injection in her back a few days ago. He is the most caring, gentle and professional doctor I have ever met. He is very thorough and highly knowledgeable. She felt comfortable and cared for both during and after the visit. Her back is feeling much better. I highly recommend him and his practice.

Just want to thank Dr Max for his help in diagnosing my distal bicep tendon tear. He really went above and beyond in explaining everything in a friendly, professional and patient manner. Highly recommend!

Went there for my biopsy and paid above $700 and after few days we received another Invoice of $123 from another pathology because I-Med sent my samples there to get results and they never mentioned about this invoice we will receive and we have to pay that. When confronted them they tossed the phone to one another not taking blame and then replied me that nurse in the procedure room informed me about this and she didn't took my sign because of Covid19. Seriously? You can do procedure on me during Covid19 and can't take my sign and my consent? At last they said our Manager will contact you and its been 2 week but nobody contacted me.

Misquoted the cost of the consultation, completely lacked empathy and couldn’t keep an appointment, certainly wouldn’t use this service again. Reception was completely unexpected, looked us up and down and asked if we were aware of the cost (felt like it had a tone to it!) charged $160 out of pocket with an non conclusive result. Partner not allowed in the room. Seriously disappointed and will be in touch with your head office.

Just back from a MRI this morning and want to say a big thanks to the 2 Gents on Duty performing the scan that got me through despite my anxiety and claustrophobia very caring and good communication through out the procedure. The whole appointment from check in to departure was faultless

I've had 2 scans there recently and overall been happy with the service.
I would have rated them 5 based on my first appointment.
-The first was conducted by a very pleasant, informative and friendly technician/clinician.
-The second with with a technician/clinician that just appeared to do the job with little effort to communicate other than the essentials.

We all have bad days and stuff to deal with and maybe hers was really bad but it makes a difference when you're entering the unknown and you're made to feel comfortable.

Overall though it has been a positive experience and I would recommend.
