WORST place to ever come for ultrasound couldn’t even do my 20wk ultrasound and had to go somewhere private. Starting from the receptionist to call centre to the technician they all lack in customer service. I requested a female with call centre and on the day there was a male which he’s so cold I don’t want him doing my ultrasound. My appt wasn’t even booked properly. The blonde lady didn’t even acknowledge us at the start and had attitude. Don’t recommend to anyone.

We had our 12 week obstetrics ultrasound done by Jenny. The customer service and knowledge she gave us was undoubtedly second to none. We honestly couldn’t have had a better experience! Thanks, we will be back!

Worst customer service EVER! The receptionist was so rude and disrespectful and kept questioning whether I made an appointment or not. She told me my appointment was 3.20 when it was 3.40. I made an appointment online at 3.40.she told me the text message said 3.20, when I didn'teven get a text message! She told me I was so late when there was barley no one there and I was only 7 minutes late because of road detour. She did not even know what time my appointment was and said that I did not book correctly. She told me did u get the text After my son finished noone came up yo me and told me if he was done or not and then the receptionist said you can go in a tone which I did not like.

Today I went to imed radiology I was late for my app I was feeling anxiety receptionist welcome me with a big smile radiology lady call me immediately made me feel relax doing my exrays great team I will come back and will tell my dear friends for the great job the team does thank you all ️Katerina

Clean facilities. Professional staff. Decent waiting times. Not easy to find entrance if parked along Craigieburn road side. Need to walk round the building to get to the front. Better signage required on their exact location as they are upstairs.

Friendly staff, on time and covid-safe practices all seemed great. The person who did my xray was great too, she could see I was in a lot of pain and did her best to make it really quick for me. The online booking system is super easy to use too.

Reception is extremely helpful and understanding of circumstances! Had a wonderful experience. Facilities are very new, bright, modern. As a disabled person I found everything very accessible too. Big comfy seats!

Pathetic and Careless receptionist. Not focused at all i had Requested female practitioner for Ultrasound for my wife they said we have missed that. How you can missed it. Not proactive at all. We had to manage timing and everything to attend the appointment and they neither informed us by giving a call nor they squeeze us in the same day after we arrived. Not recommended at all. Receptionist are sleeping at this place.

Would not recommend. So unorganised process and long wait times irrespective of having an appointment. They cant even read the prescription properly and would not provide physical copy even if it says on the prescription. Cherry on the top was the front desk that would assume stuff by themselves.

They r very rude to make a booking on phone
I had 12 week ultrasound so I give them call
Firstly she said we r all booked so you need to go somewhere else so I told her my dr advice me not to travel so she said oh we r not doing 12-13 weeks ultrasound anymore BT however we do 16-20 weeks ultrasound Nd it's cost you too. So she scared to told me that I need to go to hospital for that ultrasound.
So I make a call to my dr Nd she said oh they r also very rude to make a appointment.
Very very very bad experience

Rang and waited on hold for 10 mins with no answer! Whilst on hold, they speak of their ambitions to become the best in the world. I hardly doubt it with this kind of service.

If I could post zero stars I would. Rang up to make an appointment after a referral from my GP for a wrist ultrasound. Very poor customer service and people skills. Waited on hold for my call to be answered in excess of 10 minutes to only have the receptionist place me back on hold to find out whether or not they actually could do the ultrasound. Before even providing me with details of an available appointment the receptionist told me that due to COVID and their company policy only patients were allowed in their centre. I told her that I had a seven week old baby and that I had to bring him with me. My husband works, I’m not allowed to leave him with my parents, I have no one to look after him, they are not open on weekends and I have to stay within 5kms of where I live. I told her I am unable to hold my baby due to the pain I’m in and now because of their company policy couldn’t even get seen to find the cause. She told me unfortunately he was not allowed in. I asked her should I leave him at home? Indicated that if I wanted to get seen I would have to go alone or wait until their policy changes. Put me on hold to see if she could make an exception to my circumstance. An exception!? In what world is a newborn considered an exception!? Broke down in tears and terminated the phone call. Was denied care and service and was discriminated against because I have a seven week old baby. Obviously common sense is something this company does not have. You are more likely to give my seven week old Corona than he is to you. What an absolute joke. How can you sleep at night?

Great service on the front reception, Gee was very helpful and friendly. Radiographer Annie was excellent and made me feel very comfortable and at ease at my appointment. Would highly recommend this clinic.

I visited IMED in Craigieburn and was very pleased with the customer service i received from the moment i walked, with the lovely lady at the front desk and the lady who completed my x-ray. I will continue to go to IMED Craigieburn for all my local tests.

Very bad customer service, after something went wrong with my referral administration (who apparently is the manager) became very aggressive towards me and made it out to be my fault and after calling the referee she hung up on them too saying they were “useless”

They have very bad service and the x-ray doctor got all aggressive and disrespectful to me. He got into my face after I accidentally misplaced my referral sheet and got in my face and told me to shh with his finger. I would definitely not recommend this place.
