20Called to make an appointment and was told that no appointment was needed. However when we turned up they said they were done for the day. They had been told it was an urgent situation. Very poor.
1h wait time with no one coming to reception. Probably need a person less linear and more able to handle couple of things (just letting know people how long they will have to wait as a minimum) in parallel
I had a pelvic ultrasound including vaginal probe this week. Overall the sonographer was ok, apart from when looking at the screen with probe in place he said 'Is this spot tender? How about here? ' I replied no & with no further explanation, I left feeling really anxious that he had seen something.
Luckily, all clear, but what an awful few anxious days all because the sonographer said these comments. Totally unnecessary without explanation
Worst customer service I ever had experience in my life. Omg One of guy was literally doing argument with my wife. He shouldn’t be in the reception. Haven’t seen people being so, rude and angry with the patient. That’s job is not for you. People Doesn’t pay money just to get that type of services.
Overall I had a great experience in here for being my first time. Same goes for phone service.
Reception was helpful and Susan, what can I say, she was lovely and caring explaining the process from beginning to end.

I had a pelvic ultrasound in this clinic today. I was very scared and expected to be uncomfortable but the doctor made it feel just like any other test. It’s my second time using I-Med and I’m really grateful for such a smooth experience with not so pleasant procedures.
Efficient technicians. Reception staff. No customer service ethos.
A few days after, Claire from their customer service department contacted me to discuss in more detail what had transpired. I was blown away and impressed that she intended to take it up with the relevant department for remedial action. I wished her luck.
I had an Ultrasound last week at this clinic. I would highly recommend the Sonographer named Sue. Very friendly and respectful. Very professional with great communication before, during and after my Ultrasound. The area that needed to be scanned was very swollen and painful. She used a very gentle and non-painful technique. I hardly felt any pain at all. If you are having an Ultrasound at this place, do yourself a favour and book in with Sue. You won't be disappointed.

Im 24 weeks pregnant and Susan did everything she could to make sure my scan was comfortable as I was lying flat.
Highly recommend, I've been to other clinics with my 1st child and they had no compassion at all, not the case with I Med, very good experience!
Booked online for X-Ray, arrived to be told they are unable to complete X-Ray and had to pay for parking
We had the same sonographer for both our 12 week and 20 week pregnancy scan. Both times we were completely underwhelmed with the overall experience due to the technicians lack of compassion and enthusiasm throughout the procedure. He said all of 2 words and was extremely dismissive when asked questions.
Both times we left feeling emotionally flat, holding a blurry printout lacking any detail, resembling nothing like others we had seen.
Try and find another radiologists if you can.
My husband was booked for a dental x-ray this morning at Caulfield. On arrival he's told by the technician that he does not know how to use this particular x-ray machine
This is on a Saturday morning when I have taken an appt specifically as working on weekdays. I had to call another branch and luckily got an appt there. PATHETIC SERVICE from supposedly the best radiology Lab.
Hopefully someone from I MED has the decency to call us and explain.
Perfect example of incompetence, thoughtlessness and rude hostility. Arrive for appointment on time, wait 30 mins, then get told we weren't here on time so will need to wait for the people that arrived after us to be seen to. Receptionist confirmed no we had been here on time, and then the operator said well we will have to re book for another day. OH and by the way, you require an extra scan the GP did NOT request, and it will cost twice as much. These people are absolute scammers do not use I MED for anything. And by the way - be VERY AWARE that their car park requires you to pay by COIN ONLY. If you are in a hurry, or just have a normal life where you cant waste a whole day waiting for these clowns then go elsewhere.
The worst place and people ever.wasted hours waiting to be told "oh, i have someone there so another 25 minutes"
Firstly appointment booking means nothing, after a 45 minute wait for chest X-ray recommended by a GP. The radiologist starts to ask why and then proceeds to have a her own diagnosis and asks or a COVID-19 test before she can x-Ray!
When explained that i have had the symptoms for a while (6 to 8 weeks), Her expert medical opinion was that its worth a test and then comeback!
explained that there is no community instances in Vic, we have been in lockdown and the GP doesn't think it!
Just no regard for peoples time while having corridor conversations with 3 different people wait their lives away.
Despite of several attempts to contact the national customer service at IMED, there was no relevant response ever to my family member. IMED continuously deny their responsibility for wrong reports provided for X-ray and CT scan service. Since IMED charges a big ‘out of pocket’ amount from patients and don’t have any clear standards for reliability of reports, it is advisable to visit other nearby places like Brighton Radiology or Capital radiology.
I’ve had the best experience with I-MED Radiology at Caulfield!
Friendly and caring staff, punctuality, overall care provision and follow up definitely score top marks!
Having tests can cause worries, anxiety, stress, but not at Caulfield.
I’ll forever be grateful to the loveliest and most professional sonographer Susan Diep, nurse Mary Prior and Dr Vincent Healy for their genuine care, guidance, support and reassurance every step of the way! This is what we proudly call a client centred approach! Caulfield I-MED Radiology is very lucky to have such dedicated staff members!
I wish every health care professional would be like Susan, Mary and Vincent!

Not a reliable service for important CT-Scans. The customer care service was also quite arrogant and not responsible enough.
Their radiological reporting by the I-MED was not helpful for the treatment of my son. The incorrect reports were misleading and resulted in a significant loss of time and frustration.
Great service - Quick and efficient delivery of CT Scans - Still need coins to pay for parking while we are in the 21st century - Make sure you take enough coins
I went here today to get a thyroid scan done, was having an extreme bad day cz of a cancer scare, but the young lady at the reception was extremely nice and helpful. She made my day. Wish more health care staff were like this. No waiting times and everything was done quickly and smoothly. Thank you.
