Had an ultrasound done on 24/1/24.
Lisa was the sonographer- a friendly, professional lady, the receptionist when I arrived greeted me warmly - I’m sorry I didn’t get her name.
Highly recommend this centre- THANK YOU

I don't in general write reviews to avoid any negative impact but I must say my experience here two times I have been there is nothing else than bad. The sonographer both the times were rude. I never overwhelm anyone with lots of questions but these sonographers seemed to be in bad mood already:) (seems all the time).
I am moving my next appointment to somewhere else.

I was disgusted when they medically gaslit and then refused service to an autistic person because they were being "abusive" by talking loudly and being exasperated due to not being listened to. Don't come here if you want your referral to be read properly or listened to.

Had a procedure here today and would like to say a big "Thank You" to all the staff from the minute I entered the door to exiting at end of procedure, which was a couple of hours. All staff were great but "Wonderful Wendy" helped me feel well attended and cared for.

Absolutely atrocious. Nurse read the injection locations wrong for cortisone injections and argued about it, she called the orthopedic surgeon who prescribed the injections and then she argued with HIM that HE was wrong about what he wrote on his own referral!

All of the staff are excellent. Patient, skilled, friendly and caring. I feel very comfortable and supported. No long waits although I don't mind waiting.

I have been here twice and both times I hade been looked after by Susan. All I can say it’s a shame there isn’t more people like her in this world. A1 customer service and care from a fantastic person. Thanks Susan!

Our pregnancy Ultrasound was done here. (Gotto say scanning went good) but the Asian lady who did our scanning was just unfriendly and borderline rude, felt like she hated her job. We wish her all the best.

Receptionist refused to let us in as we were 3min late (!) for an already late ultrasound due to pregnacy complications. An added stress not having a helpful approach to customer service. Would not recommend or use this service. Rod

Excellent service. Nurse Jan was very helpful and friendly. Dr Michael Lee was kind and professional.

Most horrible place. Receptionist is very very rude. I had forgotten my paper work at home and was early by 10mins for appointment requested the receptionist if i could go back and quickly get my paper work which she refused.
Made us wait for 15mins just to confirm with doctor if i can get my paperwork which i would have already got it by then. I even requested since doctor is busy my partner can get my paperwork but she refused saying doctor will be free at my appointment time which clearly didn't happen and i ended up waiting, not getting my paper work and i had to travel 2 hrs to get my ultrasound orelse i would have skip my 20th week ultrasound as i was already 21 weeks and next appointment was after 3 weeks. All this wouldnt happen if i would have got my paper work in 15mins rather then waiting at the reception for 15mins.

Avoid this site if you can. Not only we had to pay $ 1,433 for a CT coronary arteries scan, but they even didn't bother sending the report to the cardiologist who had referred me to them. I had to spend hours on the phone trying to get these results sent to my doctor. Always busy and not friendly at all.

They are very slow to fax the report and answering the phone calls. Never called me back even though left my no to them for a call back.

The reception staff was lovely. However, the sonograph lady wasn’t in good mood. I think it was late (03: 30). She did reply to some of my general questions but the way she was using the sonogram on my belly to check baby it was unpleasant and painful. It’s not easy for 5 month’s pregnant woman to move in different position easily while lying down. She seemed impatient and bit rude and I didn’t like the experience at all. Will not come back here to feel that way ever again.

Pathetic experience.heartbroken.i went so happily to see my baby and to know the gender for 20 weeks pregnancy anatomy ultrasound.i want to mention radiologist name savita chandrasekaran. First of all, she was very rude.asked me to lay on bed then put hot gel on my belly then continued doing scan for 10-15 min i asked some general questions she just ignored.i felt really heartbroken when she pushed my stomach very hard for continues 20 min i started crying out of pain still she ignored i asked please give me 2 min to relax still she ignored and continued her work without showing any concern.i hurt me so bad now today im writing this feedback because after 2 days of ultrasound i still feel pain in the area where she pushed very very hard.very inhuman behavior.iam international student living here with my husband away from family but i have always reassured my family that doctors and midwives are really good here.they understand and treat us so well.infact my 6,12 weeks ultrasound i had great experience they showed happiness in doing my scan and explained n showed my baby.but this lady is horrible.

The MRI experience was good. Lisa was professional and friendly. This review isn't for her though because the Tuesday receptionists had to ruin my whole experience there. I needed help with something after I finish my MRI scan. So i went up to the receptionists. They seemed rude and unprofessional. I had to wait for them to finish their conversation before they told me to leave. Wouldn't be an issue if the conversation was work-related. And it wouldn't be an issue either if they asked why I was waiting instead of telling me to leave.

Receptionists working on Thursday June 17th were rude and discriminating. The brunette receptionist ignored me completely upon my arrival even when she saw me. I waited a little while and she still ignored me so I went to the other blond haired receptionist. This blond haired staff checked me in but she was talking to me in a hostile manner. After I sat down I observed the brunette receptionist and saw that she greeted another customer of her own race immediately upon their arrival. This is unethical practice.

Attended yesterday, greeted on attendance by reception pleasantly. All details explained well.

Aaron who did the scan was pleasant with a good sense of humour and walked through every step in details with all scenarios.

On time, Professional service would use this service again. I feel while they might cost more you get a better service with highly skilled staff over some of the cheaper options around defiantly recommended if you have a more serious concern.

Adrian here, Had partners pregnancy ultrasound of 24+ weeks. We had the Indian young female sonographer she was rude didnt want to answer questions when asked and seamed irritated. Was in rush wanting to get rid off of us fast it felt.
Very Unprofessional.
Checked her watch 3+ times within 20 minutes we were there.
I asked a question in related to a major organ as she seamed over interested in it and wasn't given a clear response would not go back.
She left me with leaving unsure of the outcome nor do we trust her opinion.
Now have to get a second opinion.
No compassion, no empathy.
Look elsewhere.
