Ct scan day again today and thanks to the very professional skills of Sim, the line was inserted with no problems (like I have experienced in the past at other places) The staff here are hard- working, kind and friendly.

My appointment was changed without my knowledge and I was made to wait for over 40mins.
Absolutely horrible service.

Great place had a 7.30 am appointment everybody was very friendly for so early could not fault the place,
ohh one thing i had to wait a month to get in

I was booked in for a pet scan in Oct. I was feeling very anxious! A glum faced young woman greeted me on reception. I smiled broadly to get a friendly response, but no change in demeanour. Not a good start!
Jane, the nurse appeared shortly. She was professional & explained everything clearly. 5/5.
My main concern was the treatment therafter. A small man abruptly told me to quickly get changed & into the treatment room. I was bundled onto the table of the scanner & given no reassurance about what to expect. Also I forgot to take off all my jewellery & there was no check. I was scared in the machine & felt as a patient there was a lack of care for my emotional & physical state.

New and modern facilities, the bed i had to lay on for an hour after thei injection was no better than an ambulance trolley, an up grade to a recliner chair would be beneficial for people with a bad back. I need another pet scan, i checked to see if they have updated the trolley. They haven't it is still an old ambulance trolley. I will go the peter mac center for my follow up scan

Always good service, however for such a busy place the carpark is atrocious, if you make the mistake of going in hoping to get a park, you're in big trouble trying to turn around to get out again if you can't. Absolute nightmare, will be sure not to drive there again.

Rude and overbearing receptionist made my appointment one to forget. 30 minute wait didn’t start things well, but the doctor I saw was great. People who come here for tests are probably a bit scared, and tentative and to have a rude bossy person all over you to fill out forms etc is not good for state of mind. More training definitely needed here.

Abnormally long wait for procedure even when booking outside peak hours. Located easily within the main entrance there is parking out the front that can fill up easily. Waiting room large and comfortable generally an easy place to get in and out of.

Wonderful staff helpful and Nurses will go out of their way to make you comfortable PET Scan was very painful but staff put me at ease.
