Had a great experience doing my first MRI at Ringwood I-med. The nurses who did it (One was Erin, I didn’t catch the other ladies name) were lovely, very kind and reassuring which really helped my nerves.

I needed to have 2 procedures done on the day one of which I needed to fast, once that one done I was going to get my toast from my car oops Ieft it at home, silly me. I end up speaking to a staff member and she got me a Coffee and some biscuits, how nice that was of her. I normally go to the Croydon I-MED but I was at Ringwood East and everyone were nice. Thank You all.

Outstanding patient care from first point of contact on the phone (spoke to Esther), right through to the operators of the MRI machine (Jess and her coworker, forgot her name sorry). All seemed very organised and ran smoothly. Thanks ladies!

Mum walked in after hearing the recorded message saying no appointment required for an x-ray. She was not greeted by the two reception staff who were chatting amongst themselves, and after a few seconds both staff members walked off without acknowledging her. Once one of the reception staff returned, Mum was told that "the recorded message doesn't know the individual circumstances of the day" and that she would have to return in 2 hours time for her x-ray. The waiting room was completely empty.

Most of the staffs were very friendly except for one.
The receptionist, Robyn, had poor attitude and bad manner.
She rolled her eyes and sigh not only at us but multiple customers in the waiting line. The way she talks was very patronising as well.

I don't believe this is a way to treat anyone especially as a receptionist.

I booked in to get my 12 week scan here on the 22 September to see my baby for the first time. I had a miscarriage that landed me in the hospital earlier in the year, so I have been incredibly anxious about this scan. Then it was declared a public holiday. I called them up as soon as the holiday was declared and was told my appointment would be going ahead as scheduled unless I heard otherwise. I did not hear otherwise, so I go in on Thursday (after having to work most of the day myself, because my business had appointments too, only we honour ours and don't inconvenience people) only to find that they are in fact closed and didn't have the basic decency of telling me or rescheduling my appointment. I am supposed to have a follow up appointment at Box Hill hospital on Monday with the scans, which now can't happen due to the incompetence and unprofessional behaviour of I-Med Radiology Ringwood. I am so angry and disappointed to not even receive a text message letting me know to reschedule everything. So thanks heaps for making and already stressful time even worse!

I walked into the clinic today feeling anxious that my son is going through a process of elimination in regard to an injury. I was greeted by a very rude, unpleasant receptionist who made me feel unwelcome and unsettled. Thankfully the rest of the staff were fantastic and pleasant.

Done 2 of my baby's ultrasound with 2 different doctors, both of them are amazing! I previously had ultrasound done in Marlvern radiology which one time the doctor barely said a word to me throughout the scan. Here I had the best experience! They worked efficiently and explained to me about everything. Highly recommended. I really appreciate it!

I took my 4 year daughter here to take an opg and the girl who done the x-ray was so compassionate and her patience is excellent. I thought it's going to be a task with my stubborn daughter and she made the whole thing a swift and we are done and out in 10 min. Excellent excellence. I hope as an employee she deserves an appreciation and I hope this review with get to her Boss soon. Thank you

If you ever want to meet someone who truly hates their job, then you should meet the Asian girl that does x-rays. I had the last appointment of the day with her and she made me feel most uncomfortable. Not only she was rude and condescending but was rushing things to finish work and go home.

Top it all off my x-rays that should've been free (bulk billed) end up costing me $450. How? Well I was told by her to get undressed in the x-ray room and leave all my belonging on the bench. Because she was in such a rush I had to be quick and in doing so I end up leaving my diamond earing on the bench. Called the center next day and was told that if they find it they will let me know. 1 week later still no reply?

Unfortunately the receptionists aren't the friendliest or helpful. I had an MRI and was told it's all online now (fair enough) but they didn't explain how to access results. "Just go online" I understood going online, but not how to access my results, they just said it's online like as if they couldn't be bothered explaining the steps.

The ladies who did the MRI were fantastic!

Radiology staff very professional. However I have been a few times to this centre and i have found the reception staff.cold, bored, not wanting to be there, except for the one with light hair colour, she was warm, smiled, and looked interested. Perhaps she could teach the other to women customer care.

Girls on reception were very welcoming, friendly and prompt with their service. Centre was clean and tidy and had plenty of safe onsite parking. Gentleman who completed my MRI scan explained the process very well in a way I could understand, and made sure during a few intervals throughout the scan I was still comfortable with the process. The scan was completed in a timely manner, and films were instantly available for me to take home with me. I had a very positive experience today at MIA Radiology, and I would recommend this place to others. Thank you to the staff at MIA.

Couldn't fault the lady doing the ultrasound. However the brunette middle aged woman at the counter could do with some front counter training. Not everybody that walks in is an inconvenience and a simple 'hello' never hurts.

The staff were very friendly and supportive, I felt well cared for. I've been on disability for some time so I look like something the cat dragged in compared to a lot of people out this way, but it made no difference to the way I was treated.

They squeezed me in for my x-rays because it had taken me a while to get out to get there. Some procedures do need an appointment though so it's a good idea to call ahead.

All kinds of radiology, CT, MRI, Contrast and other scans are available here but they don't take blood for pathology.

The car park was easily accessible from Grey St, there's no stairs and they have a couple of wheel chairs you could borrow if you need to. The waiting room is pleasant, the chairs are clean and comfortable. There's water available too if you leave your bottle in the car like I did.

If I'd known it would be that simple I probably wouldn't have put it off. Watching the staff treat other folks, it wasn't only me they were kind and polite to.

Although I couldn't get the other blood tests taken there, all in one go, I'm glad I picked them for the radiology.

I take my son here for a teeth photo. He fight so fiercely because he is always afraid of skeletons. The staff(Liz)played with him for almost half an hour and finally convinved him to do it. I became desperate before. Thank you for so pacitent.
