20Called and they were adamant don’t make an appointment for my 3 year old because it’s very quiet after 2 for general x day. Turned up and they said it’s a 40min wait and I should have made an appointment. When I explained what happened they said it’s a call centre and they say the wrong thing all the time. I then asked to make an appointment and they said well it’s for 40min so don’t bother. Then I waited 1 1/2hrs with a 3 year old. In that time 2 people with appointments went ahead of me. Ridiculous system.
I had an MRI appointment with the MRI performed by Steven. The receptionists were friendly, the appointment was on time and Steven did an excellent job. He kept me fully informed throughout the preparation for the scan and during the scan. He really seemed to care and I felt he did a prefect job. It was quite an involved MRI - about 30 minutes long - and Steven was communicating throughout so I felt if anything went wrong he was there to assist. With such great and professional staff like Steven this is definitely my preferred place to get any scans done. Thank you.
When I book the appointment for ultrasound the receptionist Was so lovely. Was taken in 25 minutes early for my ultrasound. Was happy with the service
Sarah, the technician who did my scan was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. My appointment was at 2pm and I arrived at 1.30pm. I was seen at 1.40pm and was finished by 2pm. Receptionists were pleasant. However calling for an appointment over the phone may take sometime for the call to be answered. We ended up booking in-person at the centre itself.
I spoke to Charmaine who was amazing and went above and beyond to find me the best possible appointment to suit my son's needs with his sporting injury. Thank you so much Charmaine. You are a gem
Receptionist rude and unhelpful with my appointment 45 minute wait time on the phone to make an earlier query that was not resolved on arrival. 7 appointments arrived at the same time no social distancing chaos in the reception area.
I had to have an MRI on both of my knees yesterday (25/3) and can only speak highly of the whole experience. Although I was quite early for my appointment, I was seen almost immediately. Ian and Kaitlin explained the whole procedure and were most caring. Thumbs up to you both.
Not great at all. Always have to wait an eternity regardless of appointment time booked. Receptionists can be frosty. Always busy when trying to get through on the phone and the online booking thing is useless.

We went there this morning 8th Feb with an 10.30am appointment, my husband had to have a chest xray for an upcoming operation on March 1st. The radiologist was rude and not very nice to him, he has had several operations including a full reversed shoulder and he is having another on the `st March. She made him stand with his chest to the plate and because he was not straight enough without any warning she pushed him flat, this was almost 8 hours ago and he is still in excruciating pain, if he had not been a gentleman he would have floored her, he was very upset when he came out to the car and he said she did not care, it was all fully explained in his report, they need to pay more care to there patients. No Happy At All.
Today I had my 13weeks ultrasound scanning here (I was late to organise it and did it in 15 weeks). I had a great experience, the lady staff (unfortunately I don't know her name), but that angel was explaining everything in a beautiful way.she is considerate and thoughtful. This is my second pregnancy and I wouldn't be wrong if I say this is the first time I am receiving an outstanding service from a radiology center.
I am thankful to that kind hearted lovely staff from I-med who made my day. Definitely visit you again for my next ultrasound scanning.

I came in today for an MRI on my neck. I was absolutely terrified after having a bad experience at another radiology clinic. I wasn't sure that I'd be able to go through with it, but the lady that did my scan was absolutely fantastic. She made me feel so comfortable and reassured me through everything. I will never go anywhere else for scans now. Thank you.
Had ultrasound today and all went perfectly smooth, from the check in Receptionist to the Technician & back to the Receptionist again.

Arrived today on time, 9.45 am. Twenty five minutes wait, that's okay. When I get to the room to have my scan, because your last scan was very good, this one might not be covered by Medicare! It was covered! At the end, sorry our printer doesn't work. Had to make the point that I would really want the print out that I was promised. Okay, we'll ring you when the printer is working. Never thought of offering to send it to me
Not impressed this time.
Had an obstetric ultrasound with Pauline. She was lovely and professional. Explained everything to us newbies and took her time to get a good shot of our little boy for us. Very appreciative of her time and effort
Friendly staff but make sure you are prepared to wait. 'Ive been a couple of times and always had to wait for almost 30mins.
I had an ultrasound done today. The lady who did the ultrasound was wonderful. I suffer quite significant anxiety around medical tests and I felt very much adt ease. The sonographer was chatty and friendly. MIA had the results to my GP in 2 hours! The receptionist I dealt with yesterday was also great.
Very caring and professional. Explained what they were going to do taking it one step at a time to avoid my fears.
All the staff were fantastic from the receptionist that booked my appointment to the stenographer Maddy - thank you!
I would like to say a massive Thank You to Madeline who looked after me this morning. I was very nervous when I arrived but her professional service and relaxed/funny nature was brilliant and eased all of my initial nerves. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.
