My worst ultrasound experience here. The lady who did my ultrasound she was so unprofessional. They even sent my wrong report to hospital. We had to call so many times.

One lady at the reception desk was very very rude to me! She was asking me personal information at the open space full of people! She was also adamant to give me copies of my referrals. Worst of all she sent my results to the wrong medical centre and my doctor was waiting even after he clearly marked them as urgent! I had to cancel my appointment. Now i'm still following up on the results. Could somebody teach the Caucasian older lady with glasses at the reception on how to handle patients and have some decency? I'm so angry! Never going back there!

A big thank you for the lovely lady at the reception who inspite of me forgetting to bring the referral form, contacted my gp and got the referral form faxed so that I could have my procedure done. Thank you for taking your time to do that. You could have easily cancelled it but you chose to help me. Thank you

Poor service at front desk, rude. Was told to wait out side with another customer in the heat. Were told be reception they would come and get us. But did not. Then when I went in blamed me for being late for my appointment. Which she had given away to people who did no have appointments. I will returning.

My overall experience with my appointment with fine and the lady who did my scan was great. Unfortunately the only thing I was extremely put off from was the ladies at Reception. The ladies who one was an “officer” were more concerned about their coffee and cookies then the patients waiting. One of the ladies at reception asked a patient in front of everyone what he got done, where about he got his scan done because she was to lazy to wait for her computer to be turned on. Where is the privacy in this place? Thankfully the man did not answer her. You should teach your receptionist that this place is a private place and we shouldn’t be asked in front of everyone what we just got done. Unprofessional.

Sounds like more Vincenza Fazzalori puppets at this Radiology circus. Rude, bullying and unprofessional experiences from the staff -Vicky at reception, Jenny who conducted the US, Stephen and now Annetta who was polite on the phone until Vicky guided her behaviour. I would not recommend any female to attend that clinic. Appalling conduct and it shows that there are far too many twisted personalities working in the health system that are posing a risk to the public.

Thank you for the invitation to email (no name provided). Please refer back to the Lalor staff and the area manager who happened to be present on the day of my appointment. ‘Go to these clinics the GP instructed’ - so that they would have an opportunity prepare and practise the script. I believe that IMED management has my name and what occurred at Lalor as well as in previous visits at Imed Box Hill Hospital and Mont Albert North was pre-planned so the details of what I was subjected to are already with management. The staff have delivered the treatment as directed. What it shows is that the laws around privacy and healthcare rights are meaningless.

Being new to the area, and in quite some pain, I was delighted that the staff at MIA Radiology were friendly, professional and quick. I'd give a five star rating for Anna, their receptionist, alone, as she could tell that I was uncomfortable and was absolutely LOVELY. Thankyou!

Very unfriendly and unhappy staff. And rude too. Won't go there again.
Epping branch is far better than here.

Have had a few scans and most of the time I have experienced great staff. I always keep in mind we are all people and things can't always be perfect. The girls at reception and the people taking scans have been lovely.

Asian radiographer or sonigraphers so good but one old english lady is so rude even rude in scanning as well just want to finish the worrk thats it no ethics to attend the patient felt so uncomfortable

The lady from reception who served me 16/10/17 @ 3: 45 pm was very rude. When i asked her nicely a that i called before i came and i been informed that for X_Ray i don't have to make appointment and she rolled her eyes at me.
If the policy here is 'zero tolerance rudeness' i believe i don't have to put up with her tiredness or just having bad day.
