Booked an appointment online for 12: 30 for a simple x-ray. Arrived at 12: 15 as instructed and sat in the waiting room for almost an hour while several walk-in patients without an appointment were called in for x-rays straight away. They even called someone in who had a 1: 40 appointment and had arrived 45 minutes early! No explanation or apology, just business as usual it seemed. Avoid unless you have a lot of spare time on your hands.

I rang I-Med a couple of times today to try to organise sending ultrasound images to a GP. Two different people helped me and both very helpful and polite and I thought: they need a review! First medical review I’ve ever given… But about to leave one for The Austin in Heidelberg as well (also excellent!)

I had an MRI here and the experience was fantastic. They were running ahead of time and took me in as soon as I arrived. Paul who took the procedure explained everything in detail and made me feel so relaxed. Probably the best communicator I’ve ever encountered in the medical system!

Had a MRI the lady who performed this was absolutely brilliant, kind and informative. Unfortunately the receptionist had no customer service nor good communication skills and it was like I was invading her day to pay my bill. Get happy as you’re letting your team down.

Thank you very much Lauren L for making me feel comfortable in an unfamiliar environment, your kindness and caring made me feel so at ease considering I was so nervous prior to the test. Your personality is unmatched. Keep up the good work.

Went in for a scan hoping to get seen without an appointment.

Walked in door at 9: 30am-ish and provided details by
signing some forms. Was so astonished was seen within 10 mins. AND all scans done in 15 mins.

The staff are very friendly, warm and helpful.

For anyone new getting here, be wary of the big bush that partially obstructs the driveway from the road.

Well the incredibly rude receptionist that I had last week didn't forward my results onto my GP. Had a appointment with my GP this moring to go throught he results and he didn;t have them but I still needed to pay for the consult. IMed Bundoora Recption your a disgrace: - (

It would be kind of you to update your website to advise that Bundoora is currently not open on a Saturday!
Very inconvenient as I drove there in the pouring rain as Saturdays is the only day we can attend.

Fantastic experience, I think the Radiologist I worked with was called Rachel, I arrived a little early and I was quickly seen to, the process was simple and bulk-billed (thanks taxpayers) and the radiologist was very kind. Only downside was the receptionist was a bit inattentive, other than that, great!

I had Paul performing my MRI today, he was amazing in every way, his professionalism, he explained every step and made me feel very calm and relaxed, he had a lovely disposition and a wonderful sense of humor and very efficient.
I wish I could say the same about Sharon I found her rude and condescending.
The other girl behind the reception desk was very pleasant

Don't understand why some sites bulk bill and others don't for the same referral, and why the out of pocket fee changes from one side to another for the same referral

Today I was greeted with a smile by Sharon who had excellent customer service skills. I did not have to wait as they were on time with my appointment. The lady who took me for my procedure was thorough in going over what was happening and made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend this clinic and the staff who make this a calm and pleasant environment.

Today thurs 04/08 bundoora phone been continuously engaged since 10am - it is now 3.10pm and still getting the engaged signal - 5 and a bit hours is really not acceptable for the phone to be continually engaged - and i do mean i have been trying every 10 mins or so

My experience with I-MED Radiology in Bundoora was extremely good. Sharon at Reception was very welcoming and efficient when I arrived for MRI. Paul, the proceduralist was exceptional. He was friendly, efficient, reassuring and very professional. Paul answered all my questions and explained the sequential nature of the procedure really well. He really made a difference and allowed me to feel safe and supported today.
I-MED Radiology is indeed fortunate to have Sharon and Paul on their team!

Barely had time to sit down in the waiting room before I was called in for my ultrasound - prompt service is not common these days!

She was the best ever. She explained everything about baby for me with all patients. I really enjoyed and completely comfortable during process. Highly recommend. I was happy

I was lucky enough to have been booked with the lovely Lydia - she is patient, kind and so friendly. She made me feel so at ease and I felt like I could ask her anything if I needed to. I really appreciated her wonderful manner and personality.

I call to make a appointment, press one n so on for 5 min thats ok, then please stay on the line your call will be answered in 1hr? So to make a simply appointment you need to wait on the phone for one hr? I tried 2 times, believing I didn't hear it right then waited for while, no way, dont believe it, called other radiology answer in 3 seconds.

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
Highly recommend for kids as well.

Explain really well what they going to do, how long it will take and whether they going to hurt or not.
