Very busy place. Usually the waiting room is full of people. Despite this, I normally get taken in for my tests pretty close to my appointment time. The admin staff are friendly and efficient. I’ve always found the medical staff caring. It can be a bit hard to get a parking spot in the carpark but there is always a spot available in the street or over in the Coles carpark.

Over priced, booking the appointment was a nightmare. Paying for travel and the same kind of appointment was still cheaper. Don't recommend this place

No warmth or smiles from the staff at this place. Reception staff are matter of fact - which I can handle. But the radiographer seemed like she wanted to be anywhere but there. She treated me like an inconvenience. Hopefully I never have to deal with that women again. I'll request someone else.

The receptionist are extremely rude. Especially two who are being extremely rude to a poor elderly lady who's covid test was a dud. Now as I sit in the waiting room they try to intimate me from across the room. With Simone starring at me in a rage for writing this post and the others telling her to stop.

I went for a few tests today and found reception staff very polite. The technician Zac was so caring and helpful with 2 of my tests and also the MRI staff.

Fab people - my elderly mum attended for an MRI. She has was so impressed with all the team from IMed Lilydale she couldn’t stop praising them. Thank you so much for your kindness. She was impressed from the greeting by the reception staff and all through the process to operators and accounts folk. She told me the MRI operator was thorough and professional, clearly explaining all the processes and treated with great care. Thanks guys I will recommend you to all!

Horrible experience there, spent quite a lot of money but got nothing! Completely wasting time and effort!
Being asked to wear a mask or we’re not welcomed, even though the COVID restrictions had been lifted across the whole state.
Then being asked about the appointment, which I tried to make one via phone but was told it is not needed. So conflicted message, and the reception lady was very unhappy that we don’t have an appointment.
Then we were told the clinic isn’t bulk billed, so they have to pay out of pocket. But due to it is kind urgent, so we go for it.
Then after the X-ray. We’re hoping to get a hard copy photo and some explanations on it. But we got NOTHING, but a cold statement that a copy will come to your phone in 48 hours.
When do payment, we found we have to pay in full and rather than just the gap.
And a min ago, we just got the sms for the photo. It seems can be downloaded but it says it should not be used for diagnostic purpose. And we can’t find any words around to confirm whether there is a fracture or not.
Extremely disappointed. Everyone should avoid them despite doc would recommend them.

I would give them no stars if it was an option iv never in my life been treated so disrespectfully and rude the lady at the desk ROBYN was horrible her attitude was disgusting she couldn’t dibs my daughters referral which the clinic had replied too so they definatly had it then gave me eyerolls and disgusting attitude like it was my fault absolute disgrace she shouldn’t be working in an industry dealing with medical patients on top of that every staff member working behind the desk saw the way she was acting and not one stepped in this place is an absolute circus DO NOT GO HERE!

I had an ultrasound this afternoon at the Lilydale I-MED centre. I was seen on time. The receptionist was very friendly as was the technician lady who was very friendly and thorough in her scan. I was also bulk billed, so wasn't out of pocket for this test. I have no complaints and only praise for this practice.

Extremely poor customer service. Felt I was treated like number not a person. Very rude and judgmental. I left in disgust. So much for maintaining patients privacy and confidentiality when asking you to confirm your personal details out loud in a public space. Would not recommend going here at all. At least one staff member needs a lesson in empathy and customer service big time.

I have been trying to get through ALL day to simply cancel an appointment
Over an hour wait on the phone just to cancel an appointment and the call back service has been no help at all as I’m in meetings and can’t answer
Terrible service
My appointment is still not cancelled so I will have to just not show up now

Incredibly unprofessional place. 2 out 3 of our ultrasounds have been cancelled hours prior to appointments, and the one we could get in to staff were having an argument with our sonographer through the door mid scan.

They are impossible to contact over the phone. I was trying to confirm an appointment time for my elderly mother. They say they will call back which never happens.or you can wait on hold for an hour and still no answer. Absolutely deplorable lack of service.

I always go to imed Lilydale when I need xrays etc. All reception staff are lovely and extremely helpful. I tried to call but wait time was over an hour, I opted to receive a call back and I did. The lady who called me back was very helpful getting my results sent to another clinic.

On the whole I was happy with my experience here. The online booking system was very easy to use, and the confirmation email was helpful with specific information about what to expect from my scan. At the premises the staff were polite, professional and efficient. Also they have a strong emphasis on covid safe practices. One area for improvement is the wait time to to get through on the phone (to find out the cost of my test in advance), which was about 20 mins.

I have had all my routine pregnancy ultrasounds here and they were fantastic. We could have chosen to go bulk billed however we choose to go here because the experience everytime was amazing. Explained everything, got excited with us and really made me feel comfortable.

I tried to book an appointment by phone and was told by a recording there was no need to book just walk in.
When I arrived there was only one other person in the waiting room so I thought to myself this shouldn't take long.
Shortly after people started arriving and then being seen before me, which made me ask why this was happening. I was told that they had appointments! This is what I was trying to do when I called. Please amend the phone message indicating you don't need an appointment as you most certainly do if you don't want to wait 90 minutes till they see you. Disgruntled.
