I attended here last Thursday. Even though before attending I was informed there would be a fee even though as an over 70 I was lead to believe by my doctor it would be subsidised by the government for a bone density test. The young lady who performed the test said it was free so I left. The next day a very rude (by the accent I assume sub continent origin). She was so rude on the phone and when I tried to explain to her about the two versions of payment she hung up on me. Today i received their invoice in the mail. This type of treatment to a patient I consider outrageous. Would I recommend this office no way known. They are arrogant, rude, serive is lacking and I will be complaining in a more formal manner over the next few weeks when I contact media. Stay Away.

Arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment as requested when booking. Advised the receptionist my partner will be arriving after work in time for our scheduled appointment which was our very first pregnancy scan.
I was immediately called through by the radiologist and asked if I could wait until my appointment time so that my partner could join us. I was told the receptionist would let me partner into the room and not to worry, we had a lot to get through and many pictures to take and we would take a video for my partner anyway. From the way she was talking, I was going to be in the room for quite a while.
The radiologist asked if it was my first pregnancy to which I replied yes.
The scan was over and done with within 10 minutes and I was back out in the waiting room by the time of my scheduled appointment, in time for my partner to walk into the building.
They told him we could go back through and they could do another quick scan so that he could see, but he had to sit at the foot of the bed and try to view the images on the ultrasound machine, past the radiologists head.
Thankfully there is nothing wrong with my pregnancy because I would not have had my partner there for support otherwise. This facility is clearly not family friendly, rather more interested in simply getting patients through to clock up their billable Medicare charges and go home!
During a time that is supposed to be so special for first time parents and absolutely no care was given to us.
Have promptly asked my GP to send me elsewhere in future

Rang immediately to book in for a mri told it was a bulk bill made an appointment got there to only be told its not a bulk bill rang them asked to speak to the manager had to ask 5 times was told would get a call back back its been 2 days still no ball back

The seemingly "friendly" lady who tried to do an ultrasound on my 7 week old baby got upset because the baby was scared and unsettled. I offered to hold the baby and she would do the ultrasound, she didn't seem to like the idea, but it worked. My advice: if they don't know how to work on babies/ children they should say so in advance.
After all, they had the referral with all the details.
