AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

I should read the 1-star review first. My first X ray in Australia with no clue how Medicare rebates, paid $170 out-of-pocket to learn a lesson as they don't bulk bill X ray investigations which can be done completely free somewhere else.

I'm leaving this review based on my experience booking an appointment. Keep in mind I never went in for my appointment (for good reason, read on)

Firstly i called to book and appointment and it was a good 20min wait time, whilst other practices will answer within a few minutes.

I needed an Xray done and they said that it'll be about $250 and after Medicare rebate ill be out of pocket $170.
I called another practice 5mins away, they answered straight away, told me to just come now since minimal wait time and it was fully bulk billed.

Avoid. They don't bulk bill a standard X-ray with a doctors referral. No warning until you've arrived on site and signed forms. No help to find a suitable alternative.

My husband Darren actually went to another I-MED clinic after his awful experience at this clinic and had a seamless, pleasant experience where they bulk billed him and he only had to wait 5 minutes to be seen. How can the Blackburn clinic charge, when other I-MED clinics bulk bill?

I have never in my 73 years seen more unpleasant radiologist in my life. When I have asked her question she has completely ignored me. So much for u services. Never again in u practice.

Hopeless. You cannot even contact them by phone to make an appointment. Avoid this mob

Staff were rude, impatient and somewhat aggressive with my son. Pushing his face up and down without explaining what they wanted him to do. No respect for my son or I, minimal use of words.
Not a good experience
