6I was on hold for 1 hour then gave up and made appt for Imed online but even though I got a confirmation email saying someone will call to make appt I did not get a call back and had to call back 4 days later and wait on hold for over 45 minutes. Once it was answered the receptionist is fine but Imed online does not work and will not make an appointment the ONLY way to get through is to sit on the phone for 45 mins to 1 hour which they say they are trying to fix but they have been saying this for months. Answer your phones please or make a way to communicate with you that works!
Friday was trying to make an appointment for a chest X-ray. Rang several times hung on for over 30 minutes. Tried again Friday afternoon same thing. Tried again this morning wait 40 minutes.
I really like the staff at Imed both radiologists and radiographers are top grade. However I have more to do than wait for more than 30 minutes for an appointment.
Rang Capitol radiology, a few minutes wait and booked in for this afternoon. This will be my goto Radiology clinic from now on. Mia then Imed were the best but however now it is ridiculous after waiting almost every time I ring at a call centre,
I am moving on.
Same when you attend you are standing in a queue at Glen Waverley while the receptionists sit at their screen completely ignoring the fact that people are standing waiting. On many occasions we are there because we have a problem and unable to stand for too long. Think the top brass need to wake up how service to the public has deteriorated badly over the last couple of years.
Using a call centre might save a few receptionists but now it is beyond a joke and I am moving on as are many in my local service club. A shame because the staff are high quality but people will only take so much of second rate service.
Owing to a mistake made by I med I am receiving letters for an amount of money I do not owe. They don't answer their phones and there is no way I can contact them via email, their account query email address does not work.
Service is terrible, no one answers the phone and there isn't even an option to hold it just has line busy. Would be zero stars if possible!
I feel sorry for the people at the front desk, they don't have time to answer the phone because there aren't enough of them to handle it. People are coming in to make appointments. Need to be fixed now we live two and a half hours away and just kept ringing for any 1 1/2 hours until we got through. Not good enough
