Very helpful & polite staff! The only place that was very simple to book in! The whole experience was amazing! The best radiologist place I have been to for a long time.

Having visited previously, I parked on the street to avoid the tight carpark!
The online booking was easy and they called to verify as I needed something different to what I had booked (as they actually checked my referral).
The staff here are so kind - reception was very welcoming. The man who did my ultrasound (can't remember his name) was funny and made me feel very relaxed. He was interested in what I was experiencing and gave great advice too.
The premises is modern & clean & I'd go back anytime (if I need too!).

I did my CT scan with I -MED. I hold privet insurance they charged $500 and after I did when I checked with other radiology they give me cost $390. Please be aware with I-MED they charge more then other.

I have been here twice recently, and I highly recommend I-Med Radiology in Pakenham, from the receptionist to Arminder the Sonographer who I saw today, they are the most friendliest, helpful, easing my nerves and talking me through the procedure. Thanking you all so much.

Yesterday I attended I-MED in Pakenham for my very first MRI and the whole experience was amazing from the moment I entered the door. Friendly staff, amazing facilities just a really good experience.

Went in for an ultrasound yesterday, the radiologist was very caring and made me feel comfortable. Will definitely choose I-med pakenham for any future scans

It was super easy to book my appointment online, I know wait times when calling I-MED can be long. Pakenham was an immaculately presented building. My ultrasound technician Greg was lovely and when it turned out my suspected injury required an X-ray instead I was lucky enough to be able to get that done on the spot. Thanks for the friendly service Pakenham I-MED, it made a tough day so much easier.

They dont even pick up the phone, ridiculous! My wife has been trying to get an appointment from last 3 weeks. She is trying to change her referral to some of the better centers in pakenham. Seriously why are you even open.

I would like to commend the staff at I-Radiology at Pakenham for their professionalism and patient care. I attended for two epidurals for severe back and leg pain in Feb and March 2022.

When I arrived to have my first epidural, I was unable to move nor walk and had severe spasming in my leg. Joel came down to the patient carpark with a wheelchair to help me up and into the theatre. Due to the pain, Joel, Liz and Dr David Wang allowed me to wait (almost an 1hr) until my pain subsided before proceeding with the epidural.

The care and consideration provided before, during and post both epidurals was second to none. Dr David Wang is articulate in guiding the epidurals in the right area ensuring that I was comfortable at all times and in no way felt rushed to do so. Dr Wang, Joel and Liz were there to show their professionalism and care for my second epidural also.
Follow up phone calls 2 weeks after the procedure, really shows the depth of care from Dr Wang and the team.

Mel also helped to ensure the right account information was processed at the time and provided the necessary medical certificates for attendance.
