Always a long wait. Why bother taking appointment bookings?
Poor consideration of privacy at reception

I went to this clinic for a second opinion due to feeling insecure about a previous scan at a different clinic / company. Catherine was absolutely wonderful. Couldn't have been more thorough in my opinion and just made me feel at ease. Very grateful for this experience.

It would be difficult to find a more friendly, dedicated, professional group of administration and medical staff than those employed at I Med -Mornington, at the Bays Hospital.
I was booked in for ultrasound guided injection into shoulder joint.
From the initial professional contact at reception and a very short waiting time, I was taken by a friendly nurse to the area where the procedure was to take place.
She explained in detail the procedure that the Doctor was going to perform. After the site preparation by the nurse, the Doctor entered and introduced herself. She then commenced the procedure explaining in detail what she was doing. After a short time the almost pain free procedure was successfully completed.
The Doctor and the nurse both advised me on what the likely outcome would be and what care I should take to aid a full recovery of the shoulder.
Even though this was a fairly low key operation, the care and attention to ensure the patient was relaxed and informed by the nurse and the Doctor was exemplary.

Dropped in without an appointment to get an X-Ray completed. Full COVID safe procedures in place and the very helpful team got me in and out in 15 minutes. Great service experience - thanks very much!

Brisk, efficient & professional reception and equally so for the radiology services who I found to be very empathic given the procedure. A request for a male nurse slipped through to the keeper initially but I double-checked prior to the appointment and this was corrected without issue. Allow time for finding parking.
