I Love This Shop Braybrook

The service from this shop was outstanding. Thank you for helping me to make my daughters Christmas an extra special one!

Be careful renting party supplies and using their "delivery service" we got baloon display, cake stand and some light up numbers. I discussed potentially renting my own van instead of paying $130 for pickup and drop off so I could have my own van for the weekend for the same price.

But was talked out of it being told that it was all too big to fit in a van and it was so much it might not all fit in their delivery vehicle so it might be two trips.

We agreed to pick up the numbers ourselves so the baloons and cake stand would fit with their delivery service.

Come the day of the event They call us saying the balloons and cake stand won't fit in delivery vehicle it would be two trips to deliver and be a further $65. Held the entire thing ransom until we paid for a second delivery fee.

The delivery vehicle turns up and it's a God dam tiny maxi cab full of seats and wheel chair access equipment.

No wonder nothing fits. It's not a truck. It's not even a big van. It's a small taxi full of seats

They called us a dam taxi for $130 to go 15minutes from the shop.

Today they booked in collection with their delivery service. It's another taxi. The driver has no idea what's going on. In his words, "I'm just a taxi driver apparently I've got things to pick up here? Can you help me carry please they didn't tell me what I'm loading is that everything? I've never done this before I just drive a taxi"

Are you serious?
Every time you speak to them on the phone they gass light the heck out of you changing story and narrative.

Bottom line don't pay $195 - $260 for delivery service. They just call you a dam cab. Rent your own giant van for $35 a day off uber that will carry 10x more then a maxi cab with chairs in it will hold.

Disgusting lack of professionalism.
Gasslughting communication.
Insane prices.
How is this even a business?

I don't want money back. I want people to know how insane their service was.

This is a handy little discount store. So many different things, party stuff, cake decorating, balloons, arts and crafts, homewares, incense.

The range of plushies and squish mallows has to be seen to be believed. It's like a boho toy shop.

Prices are pretty reasonable and there's lots of parking especially if you go at a time when the gym isn't busy.

The lovely and helpful team at the store made a gorgeous balloon garland for my sons 1st birthday & absolutely nailed the brief! It was really affordable in comparison to many other balloon/party stores. I'll definitely be back! Thanks guys! Xxxx

I really love this shop! They have a great range of products (baking supplies, partyware, lollies, toys, costumes and all sorts of knick knacks, including really cool fidget and squishy toys!) and I am always excited to check out what's new there. Customer service is friendly and helpful, they respond quite promptly to queries sent through facebook! The only negative I can think of at the moment, is that they close too early, I wish the trading hours were longer!

I had an amazing experience while buying the helium balloons and it was amazing due to the service offered by their staff Sharon who went out of the way to help me. She suggested what type of balloons to buy and how long will they last and made it extra special by making a fabulous bundle for me.
She was very friendly and kind and really easy to deal with. Will defintely buy all my future party supllies from this shop only.

This shop has the perfect name as that's what I kept on saying as I wandered through the aisles in one of my first post-lockdown shopping outings. Can't wait to go back! Thanks guys!

Great shop, just wish they were open until 6pm during weekdays. This would give people finishing work at 5 or 5: 30pm to come buy party items and not take time off work.

The BEST customer service from a small business I have ever experienced!
Recently I put through a few orders here and they were all processed pretty fast. Although they shipped me a wrong item (a piping tip) twice, they tried their best to fix it and get me the correct item. They were willing to the shipping fee in the first time even though it was just a 2 buck piping nozzle. Unfortunately, this time it was still not the piping tip I need (I really felt sorry about this). However, when I said I really need this tip, and was even happy to come exchange in person, they offered to drop off the item for me (my house is extremely far from their store) because Xmas is right at the corner and they're afraid that I have to wait too long to get it through post.
Perhaps some ppl may get mad over these stuff but for me, attitude is all that matters, and I cannot complain even the least bit about their attitude and customer service. Not to mention that their price and product range are almost unbeatable.
Highly recommend!

Appalling customer service by this one staff member. Heard yelling over the phone when I rang up. Once I came in-store to make a purchase the person who I assume was the one yelling in the background of the call started ordering around younger staff and making them do things she was free to do herself while they were busy. Unfortunate, I cannot stand rude self entitled workers if you’re going to work in customer service DO IT RIGHT.
This isn't the first time i've seen this lady treat her staff and customers with disrespect. Who ever her boss is needs to have a talk with her. She's short, wide and always looking angry.
This store is going to start losing customers if she keeps this act up.

I had a great experience in store with a staff member Sharron, my daughter and I requested a balloon wall at very last minute, it was like 3 in arvo and we wanted it asap, we picked it up ready half hour later, pretty good service, so people check out the store in braybrook cause they will look after ya OK, anyway if ya see this Sharron thanks heaps, my daughter was wrapped with balloons, cheers, signed happy customers!

Their customer service is very good, very quick when it comes to sending out deliveries. Their staff are friendly and they're quick with their replies if you email them or send an enquiry. Highly recommend.

These team are amazing! Althought I did not purchased it as an express post but when I called them and explain the situation they did it for free and I received my item the next day. They are so helpful and their items have super good quality.very happy with my first order from them!

This shop is great because you will find everything you need. They have competitive prices in comparison to others similar stores. The store is always clean and organised. The owner is super kind and I think that makes a difference in business

This place is where Autobarn was. It has lots of party stuff but the service is a joke. Went in on Weds as I had gotten things for a hens party recently and there were lots of options so decided to go back for Xmas party stuff. I was in the area for work so it was convenient but is actually 45 mins from home but thought I would pop in. Got what I needed and went to pay and thought it was really expensive - $35 more than I expected but the cashier said, no that’s everything it will be on your receipt. Walking out, I check the invoice and sure enough there were additional products on there that weren’t mine. Going back in, explaining myself the cashier says oh it must be the other guy who was doing a price check prior but didn’t clear it - he appeared to be a manager, he came over and refunded me and proceeded to blame her for not clearing it off the til first and then she said you should clear it after a price check.um cmon guys sort it out and just give me my money back! Great teamwork there throwing your team mate under the bus. Then I get to Friday night to prepare for the Xmas party and the cake stand I bought is missing the rod in the middle and it’s filthy and all sticky like it had been returned and popped back on the shelf, could not use it at all so definitely not fit for its purpose. Go for a drive and head back today to get a refund, waiting ages in line. The same girl I dealt with the other day serves me and I reminded her of what happened and my current situation, thinking she’d actually have a bit more empathy and understanding. She says the manager is the only one that can return stuff so I’ll have to wait. Manager comes over, says store policy states we don’t refunds, I said the product isn’t able to to what it’s supposed to do so I want a refund cos I don’t need it now, it’s filthy and probably a display - which she quickly told me it wasn’t. She said she’d exchange it or give me a store credit, I might add that I didn’t even get an apology. Honestly, I drive 45 mins to be told that I’m getting a voucher for a store I will never shop at again or get a replacement of something that I don’t need as the party was yesterday, where is the good old fashioned service! I work in retail and know what it’s like at this time of year, but you also need to show empathy to customers, some cashiers and managers trigger irate customers and can bring it on themselves. All you need to do is put the customer first by putting yourself in their shoes and you’re half way there! As much as the range is great and not too expensive, I’d rather spend my money somewhere else where I actually feel valued as a customer.

I am surprised that this store does not have many reviews. It is by far the most organised, well presented and affordable party store i have visited in victoria. Must go to if you are organizing a party.

Great prices on party and an excellent range of stuff for Decorating cakes, disposable piping bags at a decent price. Service is good for a big box store.
