I Love This Shop

There are select quality items in the shop.
Great range for people who love to do art, craft, paint, wrap presents and make hampers.
A small but decent costume range, more than many shops have and lots of items available to make birthdays special and creative.
Some items like the children's toys are cheap quality.but it isn't hidden. You can tell by looking at it so if you buy it, you made the choice. Its not hard to tell.
Most cheap shops are like that in alot of product so nobody should be shocked, if anything they should be surprised and happy at the decent quality bargains they do find in store. The home decor range is actually pretty decent quality and nice looking.
I shop there regularly for craft and wrapping items.
I've found some staff very friendly and the others were still polite, but never rude.

Would not recommend. Purchased 4 balloons, only to get home and 1 be deflated already. Can hear the air hissing out. Call the shop only to be told to bring it back, but if it’s a hole, I’ll have to pay for a new one. Not going to go out of my way to then be told I need to pay.
Considering their staff member put the balloons in my car and balloon was deflated when boot was opened, don’t think I should be told it’s my fault. Extremely poor service.

Great shop for those special items or just to treat yourself with some retail Therapy. Disabled parking available however getting around the store in a wheelchair can be a bit tight at times lol. Would still recommend a visit though. If I bought everything I wanted from there I would be in heaven!

So disappointed in the gender reveal balloon that I pre ordered and picked up today it was the biggest disappointment I’ve ever seen there was less than a pinch of confetti inside the balloon we didn’t even see it when it popped. We phone the store to let them know and the girl who answered the phone more or less couldn’t care said they had a new girl on today we didn’t want a refund we just wanted to let them know to save the disappointment for another mother on a special day so that mistake didn’t happen again. Worst customer service from the lady!

Brought two gender reveal poppers and they gave us two different colours trued to get a refund but they denied the refund overall would not trust this shop with anything

Today I needed a few items, so me and a friend popped into your store, your young guys on the floor were amazing one of those guys went above and beyond to help me find some little bags that were tucked away behind some boxes, and then we headed up to the register well just wow, you all are so happy and helpful thanks for making my shopping day wonderful, you guys are amazing and thank you for great customer service AAA+

Just come to order balloons, could only choose 10 balloons which included number balloon and 8 normal balloons. It’s a bit pathetic when you are limited to balloons specially when you are paying for them. Then also went back to get a refund as family member has already brought balloons and the worker was so rude. I was literally there 10 Mins before going back in to cancel them. Wouldn’t give me back the money only store credit which I won’t even use! For 10 balloons were $56. Won’t be back there again.

I went here to get some baloons and supplies for a party. It was 2 days out and the staff were so accommodating and helpful.

They made some beautiful balloon arrangements for my nan's birthday. Everyone was happy and so nice.

Great first experience!
I am so happy with my new baking supplies. They came super fast and especially considering how slow and busy shipping is at the moment from other companies.

I also greatly respect and appreciate the effort the wonderful staff took to even customise the size of the delivery box as my things were too big to fit in a small box and too small to fit in a big box. I’ve been there before and boy is it harder than it looks!

I found a cloth on a messy shelf. No bag, and no price labeled. I trust you the price you give to me that was normal price. But I just ask a small bag to put the cloth in there. The staff keep told me the bag is charge money. So if you want to underquote this cloth please give the cheaper price than others. But if you give the normal price, place put in a bag and looks like a new one.

Awesome place to shop for party stuff! Helium balloons filled on the spot, huge variety and just about every theme possible. Friendly, helpful staff your one stop party shop ️️

I thought this shop only had party items but it also has lot's of other stock Worth having a look at. Similar to reject shop. An amazing array of party items.

Very disappointed in their returns policy. My daughter had to cancel her baby shower due to Covid restrictions. We had payed for and ordered some balloons for the party. On cancellation we were told we can only receive a store credit. Not happy at all, will be the last time shopping there. Just lost a customer.

Perfect place to buy all the plates and crockery (disposable) for the christmas table. Massive variety for colors, construction and quality.

This SHOP is Awesome. My Wife was over the moon with how big the store is and the Staff are so Friendly and Helpful. The selection of Xmas products, couldn't get over what 2 buy. Ended up spending more than we wanted, but it was worth it. Best Shopping Experience Ever

It's a good place to buy gifts. Especially, greeting cards which are cheap and of good quality.
