Called these guys to get some last minute fixes at our rental property the day before tenants moved in. Jose and Jeremy did a beautiful job on our bathroom renovation. We are extremely happy with how it turned out. Although there were a few unexpected issues that arose Jose dealt with them all quickly and effectively, and came up with solutions that worked. Jose is extremely friendly and easy to talk to and he clearly cares about getting the job done in the best way for his customer.

The time you waste looking for options is wasted time. Jose is the only one you need to go to for getting your work done. Jose, Jeremy and the team were beyond excellent. Jose is a man with a solution for any problem. I no longer live in Melbourne so had to rely on Zoom calls and phone calls. However, I was left 100% convinced that there was never any opportunistic behaviour. He means it when he talks of transparency.

My house was run down after more than 15 years of not showering it with love. Jose transformed it to feel like a 5-star hotel without a 5-star budget. The scope included transforming all aspects of the house.

I had to convince him to take a break when he was not well. However, his mind was still on the job.

Before hiring him, I underestimated his ability. Previously, I had used his services for a small job which he had done very well. So, when this big job of complete renovation came up, I did not consider Jose initially and wasted a month calling up tradesmen, seeing if I could partially project manage the job etc. In hindsight, it’s not workable. Jose has a network of honest, professionals who are like family and they get the job done. As a client, you only deal with Jose so it’s all straight-forward. He has the ability to easily scale up or down. So, don’t make the mistake I made.

I honestly don’t know from where he gets the type of enthusiasm and love for the client’s job. It’s obvious that the job is more than a transaction for him. He goes above and beyond expectations.

To sum up…. He is a great catch and no adjectives will do justice to the top quality work that he does with an eye for detail and with no appetite for wasting client’s money. Just call him and he will do the rest!
