No words can voice how appreciative and thankful having Sian as our celebrant. She went above and beyond on every angle- from discussing the ceremony scripts, vows, and all the little bit extras. Following our ceremony, we had so many friends and family ask us about Sian and commented how amazing she was, assisting all our guest upon their arrival and being the glue that held us all together. Sian was everything and yet more than a celebrant for our wedding, she is a friend that we will always cherish in reflection of the special day. Thanks again Sian, you truly executed our dream. Sian is the best. She is friendly, bubbly, approachable, organised, and passionate, everything you need in a celebrant. She quickly understood our 'vibe' and easily matched it. She happily went at our pace with everything, and was so helpful the whole time we were working with her. Sian really knew what she was doing, and added so many small touches that define a great celebrant as opposed to a good one. Honestly, Sian was such an amazing part of our wedding journey and I very highly recommend her.

I still think one of the best things we did in planning for our wedding, was to curate a group of ‘service providers’ who got us, got what it was that we were looking to create in our wedding day, and fit in to our posse! Sian was no exception.

Chris and I, being who we are, set about finding a Celebrant by long-listing and then short-listing people (), and then Chris set up some meetings. Sian happened to be our first meeting, but we had others booked for later in the week. We ended up drinking at a pub with Sian for a wee afternoon, then before we even got home, Chris and I decided that we were wasting our time meeting other Celebrants when we had both already loved Sian so much! I like to think that WE had a real connection with her, but I suspect she is also a person able to get along and build rapport with anyone…. [as an aside, we came to love Sian so much, that we insisted she stay after our wedding ceremony and be our guest at our wedding reception – I couldn’t wait for her to meet our family and friends and vice versa].

The information Sian provided to us, both through her website and emails, as well as her spoken communication, was prompt, responsive and detailed, and helped me plan and prepare for our wedding (I’d never done this wedding thing before, despite being nearly fifty!). Nothing was too much for Sian, and her ability to get to the crux of who we are as a couple, and then write the most amazing words for our ceremony, was truly remarkable. She also was patient and approachable during the times when I came back to her with minute details to changes in wording etc.for the ceremony: the words and the meaning of our actual ceremony was very important to me, and Sian happily worked with us to help us create a wedding day, that embodied us as people and as a couple.

I was hesitant leading up to our wedding day, about having such intense focus on me and how I would feel about that ie.walking down the aisle. I am not a shy person (I like to think I’m a loud introvert) but I’m not usually comfortable being the centre of attention. When the day rolled around, however, I felt prepared and confident (and beautiful!), and I was ready to enjoy the day being surrounded by the people who love us. This was in no small part due to Sian.

Here’s some ways that Sian went about her business, that exceeded my expectations: -
- Flexible – ‘go with the flow’ and nothing too much trouble
- Gives great written and verbal information so that expectations are clear
- Preparedness and Diligence – works hard to achieve desired results, even to the point of asking us to advise her on her outfit for the day to complement ours
- Manner – like a wise old soul who becomes your best friend you never knew you had!
- Great Interaction with Client – authentic, never awkward, willing to help us
- Skill – wrote the most amazing ceremony that was unique and highlighted what was important to us

I truly had a fantastic day (and night) the day of my wedding, and I will remember it forever. My favourite thing about it was that there I was with my partner, all dressed up and feeling beautiful, declaring our love and commitment for one another, and present was all the people who mean something to us. I’m so glad that Sian was the person who helped us facilitate this, and I think our wedding photos attest to the wonderful day it was.

When we came across Sian her happy smile stood out and after reading her reviews we decided to have a chat. From the very first conversation we knew she was the Celebrant for us.
Sian took the time and made the effort to get to know us. Know what was important to us, why we were getting married.
Sian made our ceremony personal, special and we felt like a friend married us.
We got married outdoors on a rural property. The weekend of the wedding we had 200ml of rain. Sian turned up 4 hours early to make sure we were ok and helped calm our nerves and stress from all the last minute changes that we had to deal with.

Sian is a wonderful caring and amazing person who just happens to be a brilliant Celebrant that will make your wedding custom made to suit you, not just reading a script to get the job done.

We highly recommend Sian to anyone getting married. She will make your ceremony special in a way you will never forget.

Sian was an awesome celebrant who was very thorough and made our wedding day planning a breeze, she even kept us calm and was very accommodating through rescheduling due to COVID restrictions!
