I do not recommend buying a new car from Hyundai last week I bought a brand new 2023 Hyundai tascun. The 2nd I left the company with my new car I realised that the screen was not working properly few hours later I realised that when you charge your phone the car overheats and starts smelling like smoke and my phone overheats as well I gave my car to Hyundai to fix it for me they took it in and told me they will do a software update and it should be alright I took the car back and I realised the same issue was there after I left the company the screen just turned off and it completely stopped working I spoke to one of the crew members and I told me to bring it in the lady in the office was extremely rude she was not doing her job properly all she was doing is chewing her gum inappropriately and told me to take a seat and she'll be able to help me but all she did was just walk around and do nothing a guy oppressed me and told me that I have to leave my car for a week and I will pick it up the week following I have had the car for about 2 weeks and I've already visited Hyundai 2 or 3 times. The is something wrong with it while you're driving to it does not feel balance
It's unbelievable how a 2023 car has these issues and Hyundai did not help at all I do not recommend you by buying a car from there.
I recommend Hyundai to double check every car before they sell it because not all cars are perfect and customers shouldn't need to experience what im experiencing

manager didnt listen when i told him the vehicle i was looking @ wasnt right for me, i had cash to spend on a new car & they blew it with their attitude, up & comers thinking they are rolls royse, they could have got the sale by listening to me & getting the right vehicle for me, instead of pushing me on the one they wanted to sell, traditional manipulating dealership sales techniques, better service @ masda or toyota, in the end payed cash for a next gen g25 mazda, worth every cent

A great place to get a Hyundai, the team there are professional and friendly and not at all pushy. They really want to get you into the right car at a good price.

Sales people were very helpful. We took a couple of cars for a test drive before deciding on the most suitable for the job. So we spent a few hours there with no one rushing us. Delivered on time. If paying through the bank alow a couple of days for the banks to transfer money. It caused us a bit of a wait when picking up the car.

Great, fast and efficient service. They cleaned the outside of my car before returning it. I am a happy customer.

I had a great experience at Heidelberg Hyundai. It was the first time I’ve bought a new car and Shaikh was extremely helpful! He asked what I wanted and explained the features of relevant cars. He gave me a great deal and I was driving away in my new car only a week after deciding the model I wanted. Thanks for all your help Shaikh!

I Recently purchased an i30 SR from Heidelberg Hyundai and I can honestly say that the team there are fantastic and super helpful. Seth was great and took the time to go through everything to make sure we were satisfied and didn't come off as your usual car dealership guy. He went above and beyond and I look forward to dropping in for regular servicing.

We brought a Hyundai Tucson Active X a couple of weeks ago and couldn't be happier with the car and service we received from Heidelberg Hyundai.
Our purchase was handled by Seth Batu and he was excellent to deal during the purchasing process. He was easygoing and relaxed, which allowed us to take our time to think though the decision without feeling pressured.
We needed the new car ASAP because our old car was out of action. Seth and team were great and managed to turn around the transfer and delivery of the vehicle within 5 days. Seth also handed over our new vehicle and helped us sync our phones with the car, as well as showing us the various features of the car.
