Eri and her staff are so welcoming and helpful in all regards concerning this wonderful low impact & low intensity exercise program. Highly recommend Hypoxi Mentone, from the first session meeting Eri and Talia I have always felt welcomed and comfortable. At first I wasn’t sure about the treatment but I am so glad I signed up. In the 6 weeks I have been going I have lost cm’s mostly around hips and waist and maintained the weight I have lost. I have also noticed that my legs are firmer and cellulite is slowly reducing. The HDC Pre Treatment is so relaxing and the laying down cycle is low impact which suits me well. If you’re looking for somewhere where you will get results following the guide for weight loss, where you are made to feel welcomed and always greeted with a smile I highly recommend Hypoxi Mentone.

Absolutely obsessed with this place! From the atmosphere to the workers! As soon as I step into the salon I am greeted with a nice smile and gesture from the lovely Eri. The results are out of this world! I couldn’t believe how quickly I noticed a difference in my body. Ofcourse eating healthy and drinking plenty of water. I highly recommend Hypoxi in Mentone.

This exercise is low impact & effective. Eri is a real professional and very friendly. She gets you in & of the equipment fast and is very encouraging if you’re on a weight loss journey. I found this Hypoxi very well presented all staff were knowledgeable.

What a clean, relaxing place to get fit and lose cm's. It doesn't matter if I walk in stressed from work, I leave relaxed and much more positive. Eri and Tahlia have been amazing support and now they seem to be creating a one stop shop. Love your work ladies, just what Mentone needs x

Due to on going health issues of which restricted me to workout I thought I’d give hypoxi a try, 5 years later I’m still attending when required.
I always come back to hypoxi because of its incredible results (fat loss - reduction in cellulite) I always drop a dress when I start the program.
I’ve known eri and the team for five years, an amazing professional friendly honest knowledgeable team who listen to your concerns & motivate you towards your highest goals.it always feels like home in this particular hypoxi studio. ️

I really really wanted to believe in this. The studio is really lovely and the experience is relaxing and does not require much exertion. In fact, you can read mags while you exercise! But, the treatment is expensive and it made no noticeable difference to my shape and I lost no weight. I found the times available quite restrictive and if I didn’t book early enough I would have trouble finding a suitable time. Eri was so friendly when I began, but when I decided to end the membership due to lack of results, Eri was quick to cut me off before I had even time to complete my sessions that I was entitled to. I felt uncomfortable booking in after that even when I clarified the dates. I was asked for feedback by an automated robot following the membership finalisation and gave this feedback too so making sure it is received.

So glad I started Hypoxi. I wasn't sure it would work but it really did. I had a couple of kilos to lose, I tried the gym and walking but still couldn't fit my clothes. Hypoxi ended up cheaper thank buying new clothes and much easier! The best thing is, it is effortless. I don't avoid going if I am tired because it is relaxing. I thought about doing hypoxi for a while after my friend did it, but was worried it was another gimmick. So glad I gave it a go because it works.

I have just finished my third week doing Hypoxi at Mentone and couldn’t be happier with my results. After cancer treatment and osteoporosis I have found exercise difficult but Hypoxi has genuinely made a huge positive difference to how I feel and look. The cellulite that I’ve had since my 20’s is disappearing and so are the cms from my waist. The team in Mentone are lovely, informative and really welcoming to everyone and are always available for questions and advice.

I am 60 years of age and have been attending Hypoxi with Eri for 4 years, due to having severe spinal issues. I have found not only do I tone up, but keep my back and leg muscles moving in a gentle, non invasive way keeps me upright and able to run my life.

Before I started Hypoxi I was nervous because I thought is Hypoxi for real or just a gimmick?
I rang Eri and asked her several questions which she politely answered and then she told me to come in for a free trial, so I did!
When I met with Eri she was very professional, kind and very knowledgeable about the hypoxi product. I trialed the HDC & L250 and thought this is interesting I wonder if this will actualy give me results. So I signed up for 12 sessions which I just completed & I am 24cm down, YAY! But its not only about the centimeters its about how I feel too! Hypoxi gives your inner body a circulation like no other. I have just signed up for another 6 sessions not only for the Hypoxi product but because I really really enjoy walking into the Studio and hanging out with the girls.
