Hi,
I am so thankful for your help. I have lost 8 kgs since my first appointment. I was really happy when I got my weight under 85 kgs about a month ago. The best thing is that I haven't had any Coke to drink since my first appointment. I'm eating healthily and feeling really good about myself. I am getting out with my friends a lot more and it’s because of what you did for me. I will keep you updated with how I am going. Thanks again for all your help.
