I work I day last week on Thursday morning 3 hours cleaning not get paid they say in 24 or 48 hours it lied. 1 weeks no Piad it seem use people to a job u don't get on time. No company pay after hours 5 pm no company paid when they feel like or no one work with U with this company bad experience.dont pick the phone I get 5 different number no reply no comments no support. Do wast your time bad billshit company.

I had been a happy customer recommending Hygea to friends and family- however they charged me twice for the same clean and I have had no response whatsoever after many trials through email/ messages/ phones.
Regret spending my time and energy on them. Do NOT recommend.

No particular human interaction, always need a call back from overseas somewhere and the detailed fancy app makes you feel like the job can be done easily but in reality, nothing happens after submission. It is not reliable and not exactly the cheapest either. Stay away! Very disappointing.

I have been working as a freelancer with Hygea and I must say this is the fantastic home service platform. The payment will be received within 48 hours once job done. As a young mom, I also have the opportunity to have flexible work time to balance my work and look after my family. I will recommend definitely and will keep working with Hygea.

I found two regular customers from Hygea to fit in my gap of weekly schedule. The price is reasonable. One of them only 5 mins away from my house. I will keep using it to find more jobs close from home.

The App's quite neat. I love where it automaticlly gives a price so i don't need to talk to a staff for a quotation.
Took some time for a cleaner to take my job, but if you plan ahead then it wouldn't be a issue.

Automatic fail by sending unsolicited spam text message to private number that is on a do not call list. Would now never use.

After a horrendous experience with contacting other cleaning companies, we switched to Hygea. Quick to post a job, friendly helpful drivers, and no negotiation needed for the quotation. Can’t say anything negative about them.
