Dined here not long ago with my family. I found it to be very average. Pho was very light on both noodles and meat. I love Vietnamese food and have it often, but I don’t think I’ll try this place anytime soon. Much more on offer in Moonee Ponds and surrounds.

Amazing, authentic vietnamese food. Every dish was made with careful attention, will definitely be back!

The Vietnamese pancake was simply wonderful! And the ribs in Peking sauce was excellent. Lovely place with great food and service.

The food was so nice that I forgot to take photos and by the time when I tried to take photo and it was only the sweet corn soup left. The soup was nice and the chicken has its own flavour too. I love the special spring roll they make - I always call it boss’ special. The soup for the pho is also good. When I dine in I always order the quails but it was not on the Uber eats menu this time when I order. A nice traditional Vietnamese restaurant in Moonee Ponds. I like it.

I’m a lover of Vietnamese food and have always thought that there was no such thing as bad Vietnamese food…until I went here. Incredibly bland food and the service is even worse. The night I was there, I was given the wrong drink twice (I only ordered a Coke Zero, nothing complicated), the waitress was rude and there was another table there who kept being given the wrong food and eventually just cancelled their order and left because of the poor service. I hoped the food would make up for it but damn, I’ve never experienced such sad Vietnamese food. Never again!

Customer Service is by far the worst made me wait 1 hour and 30 minutes for soup biggest time waster

This place has amazing vietnamese food. I've been here twice now and will continue coming back.

For my first visit I had the beef pho which ticked all the boxes for me. The ingredients tasted very fresh and the soup was very balanced. It would stand up against restaurants that specialise on pho (even better than quite a few of them).

For my second visit, I had the Quail and special fried rice. The Quail was cooked to perfection and had amazing flavours. The fried rice was very well seasoned and had a good combination of flavours and ingredients. It was also not oily like some other Vietnamese restaurants make it which was really good. I like a little spice, so mixed in some of their chilli oil which made taste even better

Friendly staff, great pho. Spring rolls are a hit with the kids. Love the authentic Viet iced coffee.

Ordered the beef pho and rice paper rolls as I had to meet the $25 minimum for eftpos (bit high for my liking).
The waiter was polite, well mannered and efficient.
The rice paper rolls were the smallest I'd seen but had really good flavour. Unfortunately the dipping sauce was really lacking not only in flavour but consistency as it was slightly runny.
The pho arrived and the broth was really tasty with great depth of flavour (didn't leave you thirsty) and left you wanting more. The meat was few and far between but what was there was tender and tasty. The noodles were perfect soft, and chewy and the meal was presented well. Unfortunately the size of the bowl was tiny, especially for the price and the sauces come in a bowl all mixed together and are not there for you to help yourself on the table.
As I love the broth I will be back, but be aware you will need to order a couple of things if you want to leave full and or to pay by card.

Delicious food very succulent meat, perfectly seasoned squid, and fresh spring rolls service needs to up their game.we forgot to order rice and the water needed refilling.all in all very welcoming experience. 10/10 would eat again.

Pleasant place with nice surrounds and portraits inside. The food was nice and freshly cooked. The owner is wonderful and the staff are attentive

The food was delicious and fresh and tasted like it was home-made with love. The flavors were different but well-blended. I was really impressed! The lady boss was so friendly and her husband is the chef. She says they don’t use any MSG at all, all home-cooked style. I will definitely be back again to try the other dishes on her menu!

We decided to pop in here for a celebratory dinner just walking past, such amazing food and service. We had the phở with the lot, honey chicken and combination vegetables with lemongrass and chilli (made specially vegan for me) and it was some of the best Vietnamese we've eaten (and we live on Victoria st in Abbottsford, which is saying something!)
It takes us a while to travel to Moonee Ponds but we don't care, for food and service this amazing: we'll 100% make it a regular dinner spot. Huge thankyou to Ruby, her family and staff for the amazing food and atmosphere

Good price and tasty. Its a shame that they don't have my favour vietnamese dish, broken rice. However will go back definitely.

Seen it driving past on a number of occasions and went in to try lunch. Had the pork chop, fried egg on broken rice lunch meal. Nice soup to accompany the meal too.

We had the best dinner at Huygen Linh 2, as always.
Ruby’s spring rolls are a must have.
Our group thoroughly enjoyed our meal and service.

They reuse rice lettuce and mint. Will recommend spring rolls and diced beef cos it's nearly off. They will not like you if you don't spend lots of money. Will overcharge you so check the prices. Rude money hungry judgemental ppl. If you spend hundreds you will be treated extremely nice. Expect a chummy convo lol
