Hutong Dumpling Bar reviews
7It’s not only expensive but the customer service is lacking. I would avoid all of vendors in the crown casino they are pretty much all the same, expensive for what you get
Ordered 2 beef & pork dimsum.
She tried to give us prawn suimai.
We had to push her to give is the dimsum.she just said yes and tried to palm us off the suimai instead.
Not happy with poor customer service.if i had an allergie to prawns or seafood i would ve in trouble now. Very bad service.
I love dumplings! But!
Unfortunately due to the lack of customer service, they kept on charging me more and more, we agreed on $12, then they pushed the amount to $12.80 (I value every penny) that is why I am giving them a one star.
I also asked for their names, and I felt like they gave me there fake names, which is ok. I just don’t see the value anymore.
Peace and love.
Horrible horrible horrible experience.
Terrible service and dishonest staff. They tried to rip me off and when confronted, they argued back. Charged me $18 for 2 dim sims and 1 quail, in the bag was only 1 dim sim. Never eating here again!
First time coming here, what a great choice! Dumplings were excellent and service was professional and efficient.
Soup was cold. Dumplings were cold. This place has really gone down hill
Disgusting.
Ordered noodle soup with roasted duck.
Soup tasted bland and was barely warm, duck was tasteless and cold, noodles were just a lump of noodles from a pack thrown in the bowl. Was literally still in rectangle form.
Almost everything they had on display looked like it had been dipped in a bucket of oil.
Definitely would not eat here again!
