3 Have no care for nearby residents, and continue starting at 6am on Saturdays. Even after I was assured by the site manager this would not happen. Poor site management and poor inductions if sub-contractors think it’s ok to violate EPA regulations. First site manager didn’t even know what time they were allowed to start and tried to gaslight me after speaking to my male housemate and not to me. Second assured me there would not be any work done before 7am.
Update: 1 month since being told my email was passed onto projects. No further response. Another 6am Saturday start.
Hutchinson Builders took over a project next door to us. During the build, our fence, concrete and nature strip was damaged. Hutchinson Builders have refused to accept liability. Poor attitude from a company of this calibre. Would highly suggest avoiding Hutchinson and if you're unfortunately stuck living next to one of their builds, make sure you take plenty of before/after photos as you will need this in the future.
