Terrible Customer service, contacted salon via Easy Weddings in late May and then sent follow up, as I had heard nothing, even though I was told on Easy Weddings to expect a reply within 24 hours. Still have heard nothing, not even a reply to say we are not available. Not a good look for a business new to Easy Weddings

Don’t usually write negative feedback however, was incredibly disappointed that I drove 40 minutes after calling confirming an then the day before calling 7 times to confirm to which no staff picked up. We showed up for the appointment to be told that they had rescheduled it yet we were left no messages or calls regarding that

Drove 40 mins to find out that the workers had messed up the time and didn’t bother to tell me or call me that my appointment was the week after. Completely ruined plans I had.

I am not normally one to write bad reviews let alone any reviews on a place or product however I feel the need to share my experience at Hush Hair and beauty. The staff here are lovely and are always up for a nice chat however I wasn't one bit satisfied with my cut this evening, extremely uneven and not professional! I walked in the salon with relatively long hair that I had been growing out since September 2019 (over 2 years). I had asked the hairdresser how much she would recommend taking off my hair and she cut off almost triple then what we agreed on! From hair that was almost down to my bum with a few layers at the front to hair that is now not blended, uneven and just below my nipple. The front bits of my hair are longer then the back of my hair by 3 inches, I have even measured. My Dad, who normally doesn't have much of an idea on how hair works said it looks absolutely shocking. Not to mention I walked out of the salon with wet hair! What kind of salon doesn't dry somebody's hair after they have had a wash and cut. I feel there are much nicer salons in the area however this is just my experience.

I have been going here for years and always love my hair colour. Carly always knows what I want and what tone is best for my complextion. I always get compliments on my hair. Thanks Carly

Carly is amazing! She eases my anxiety and always takes her time and makes me feel relaxed. She has a fantastic way to make you feel at ease. She's fantastic with my kids and they look forward to their visits with her. I highly recommend this place. Thank you. We love love love our new haircuts today.

I get my hair done by Erin here, she does an absolutely incredible job, she is so talented and friendly. All the ladies at the shop are so lovely and very accommodating. It's so nice to leave the hairdressers feeling like a million bucks every time. Highly recommend
